“I love coming here! During football season my BFF and I can be found here cheering on our favorite teams. I love going on Saturday afternoons for the music from the 80's 90's to present, then a good time listening to Karaoke singers. The food never disappoints and the beer is. ALWAYS cold. The drinks get us lit and it's always a good time! I hope no one ruins this place... the age of the crowd is perfect for me! Please keep them youngins out!“

“First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, strong and inexpensive. The food was even better. Definitely a favourite of mine when I want a good drink and some food with it. I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me. “Let me start with the “Star” and that is TIFFANY! She did a wonderful job coordinating with my husband an anniversary surprise!!! Thank you! I had told my hubby I wanted to go to the restaurant as I follow Michael and Brian. My experience did not fall short at all it was fabulous! Of course I was totally surprised and Tiffany had arranged our seating perfectly we had a beautiful window view. The food was AMAZING. We both selected filets which were cooked to perfection, the shells and cheese were creamy and taste delicious. We had broccolini that had a great sauce. The mashed potatoes were to die for buttery smooth …can I tell you the Parker House rolls made us feel naughty they were so yummy 😊
. Everyone who served us was great…with the exception of our main server. I cant really put my hand on it but if we had to describe we would say he wasn’t very interested in us. Out of the couple of times we saw him he seemed to rush to other tables to provide great service to other guests, a bit strange but it did not take away from our experience and we are definitely returning to try the other menu favorites.. “Went there on Friday Sept 8 to see The Binta Campbell Experience and it was AWESOME! She and her band were really good, we enjoyed the "daye night" vibe. The wings were good, but the "crab dip" was definitely NOT crab....it was artichokes 😠🤮😳. and totally disgusting. I paid $15 for some crab dip with 🚫🦀 SMH“

“Truly a hiddent jewel south of Old Town Alexandria. If I had been blindfolded and didn't know that I entered the establishment via the parking lot of Belle View Shopping Center I would have thought I was in an upscaled restaurant in downtown DC. This has become our favorite date night spot. Delicious food options and creative cocktails along with exceptional service (Brett) made our evening one to remember. I love a well made Old Fashioned and I wasn't disappointed. The secret ingredient of the quarter branch apple brandy took it to next level. We are looking forward to our next date night already!“

“I came here for a friend's birthday, and she rented a private karaoke room. We had an absolute blast! I didn't get a chance to try the food, but everything I saw coming out looked really good.
The karaoke room was pretty warm, but I just assumed it was because there were a lot of us in a small space, so it wasn't a big deal.
The real problem was when our room time was over and we went into the main area. It was HOT—like, no air at all. And I'm not talking about the Chris Brown and Jordin Sparks song. 😂 It was honestly unbearable. With the heat wave we've been having, there's really no excuse for the AC to be struggling that much.
Other than that, we had a great time, and I'd definitely come back. I just hope management sees this and gets the air conditioning fixed because it would make the experience so much better.“

A Hidden Gem in Old Town Alexandria!

Alice Cocktail Bar exceeded every expectation and delivered an absolutely phenomenal dining and cocktail experience from start to finish.

The cocktails were outstanding. I started with the Alice, a beautifully crafted blend of Roku Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lychee Liqueur, Butterfly Pea, Yuzu, and Egg White. It was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. I also enjoyed the Gold Rush, made with Four Roses Bourbon, Cointreau, Honey, Yuzu, and Egg White—a smooth, flavorful cocktail that quickly became a favorite.

My partner ordered the Beach House and the Flamingo, both of which were exceptional. The Beach House combined Espolon Blanco, Banhez Mezcal, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Aperol, and Lime for a tropical burst of flavor. The Flamingo was equally delicious and was served in an adorable tiki glass that added a fun touch to the experience.

For appetizers, we ordered the Crab Rangoon and the Grilled Pork Sticky Rice. Let me just say—both were A1 delicious. The pork was perfectly marinated and grilled, and paired wonderfully with the sticky rice and chili garlic lime sauce.

For our entrées, we had the Crab Fried Rice and the Phuket Seafood. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. The Phuket Seafood, loaded with mixed seafood, onions, scallions, bell peppers, young peppercorns, sweet basil, carrots, and roasted chili sauce, was bursting with flavor. Chef’s kiss! The Crab Fried Rice was equally impressive. In my book, both dishes are award-winning.

What truly elevated the experience was the service. Our waitresses were attentive, knowledgeable, and spot-on with their recommendations throughout the evening. Their hospitality made an already fantastic experience even better.

Overall, Alice Cocktail Bar earns an easy A++. Amazing drinks, outstanding food, exceptional service, and a great atmosphere. I cannot wait to return.

“I’ve been there twice. The first time the Crocker fish was so good. I was telling everyone about it. I went there today and ordered the croaker and okra. The fish didn’t have any seasoning on it at all. So I had to use the hot sauce packs. The first time I didn’t use it. The hot sauce is nasty as well. It’s a bloody red looking color. A cheap brand. The okra and fish both fried correctly just no seasoning. I’m not sure if it’s different cooks or what. For $17 they have to be consistent with the flavor. I’ll try again, if it’s not seasoned again, I will just go for the drinks. Nice crowd and speedy service.“
