“Wonderful employees (including manager). Super clean and great food. It’s so cold in here, it’s uncomfortable to eat inside, however. Even employees are wearing coats to stay warm. Would give 5 star rating if this restaurant had some heat.”

“The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously.
Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.”

“PlayPlace!!! Wow it's so hard nowadays (2025) to come across a McDonald's that has a Play place. Definitely brings back memories from when I was a child. Nowadays most McDonald's have gotten rid of their play places. I brought my kids here on purpose and let them play. Excellent 👌🏼 Thanks Mackers”

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu”

“I went here for my birthday for the first time. I ordered the unagi don that was very delicious honestly 10/10. My family told our waitress it was my birthday and they gave me this adorable balloon rose, along with 2 slices of cake( one small cheesecake slice with yuzu, and a chocolate chestnut cake).

The cheesecake was lovely and I’m sure the chocolate one was too but I refrained since I’m allergic to tree nuts. The presentation of the dishes looked elegant and the food came out at a good time. Even if it took more time I wouldn’t mind since all the food was delicious. We came in around 2 and it was somewhat empty which I appreciated. The staff was very kind and gave us a complimentary appetizer of sweet potato tempura.”
