Thanks for your response, like I said, frequent customer and never had a issue. I should have gave the benefit this time of maybe it was busy or something that caused them to not take a phone order. In hind sight it wasn't even one of the regular employees I deal with who are always great. I've changed to a 5 star to reflect my overall review my many times here.
Destiny provided excellent customer service! She went above and beyond to ensure my birthday cake was perfect! She took her time preparing my birthday cake and even sent me a picture of my birthday cake to show me how it came out. My birthday cake was so beautiful and perfect! The staff, at this particular, location is friendly. The establishment is clean and everytime I've frequented, there has been management nearby. I prefer going out of my way to patron this LaPlata establishment vs. the Waldorf/ Marketplace location.
