“This La Plata location is wonderful. Good, friendly service.They always have the sugar-free available, unlike the Waldorf location, who never has it. We drive into LAa Plata from Waldorf to buy the sugar-free often. They also have somewhere to sit and shade. Again, the Waldorf location doesn't have those either“
“My neighbor and myself love,love,love going to Dairy Queen in La Plata MD they're are the most friendliest individuals and they're hot dog are the best that I have had in an long time. Customer service is 150 percent and these individuals are younger generation can't say enough about these individuals and dairy queen keep doing what you're doing there is an great reward for being kind,caring, respectful peace“
“The staff, at this particular, location is friendly. The establishment is clean and everytime I've frequented, there has been management nearby. I prefer going out of my way to patron this LaPlata establishment vs. the Waldorf/ Marketplace location.“

“We loved this location! We used to go to Sweet Frog often but the location near us closed, so we visited the Waldorf location. It's just off the main road and has a ton of parking. When we walked in the place was bright and clean with a large seating area. There were three different cup sizes and a box of gloves for customers to use in the handles. They had a wide selection of flavors and toppings, and the best part is there wasn't a single "out of order" sign for any of the flavors. The lady at the register was so friendly and gave the kids color changing spoons. If I had to pick one thing to change, I wish they had sample cups still, and smaller cup sizes for the kids. But either way, we will definitely return!!!“
“Such a WONDERFUL addition to our family gathering/reunion. I hired Circus Ice Cream truck to accompany our grand feast for the reunion dinner. I am so glad I did.-Many members chatted about how it was a nice throwback to our own childhood.-Lots of selections like strawberry shortcake ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, Dororitos, bubblegum cigarettes, sunflower seeds fudgecicles, you name it!-But most of all, our ice cream man/dessert extraordinare was so kind and patient with all the kids screaming and excitement around the truck being parked conveniently in front of the house. The truck arrived on time just as we were finishing our late lunch/dinner. A good time was had by all. Thank you!“
“My family of 7 went here for the first time. The only downfall of our visit was that they don't offer samples. We ordered 3 different milkshakes(cookies and creme, chocolate, and James peppermint) and 1 ice cream cone(chocolate). They were all amazing! My personal fave was the cookies and creme milkshake. There are benches outside to sit and 2 small tables inside. Service was amazing. 5 milkshakes is alot and she did it with a smile. ❤️ I would definitely go back.“
