I used to live around the corner from the shop and now I'm so disappointed that I don't get to experience their ice cream all the time because I've moved an hour away. They are probably the most consistently good ice cream I've had in a long time. I love their flavor combinations. My mom's favorite is their rum & raisin. Our experience at this ice cream shop was quite disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, with customers waiting in line for what felt like an eternity. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they responded with impatience and a dismissive attitude, leaving a sour taste that no amount of ice cream could fix.
