“I took my elderly father to this specific Haagan Daz, and someone named Maria was so patient with him. He speaks primarily Spanish , and was very indecisive. There was a small line behind us but she took care of every question he had (very grateful that she spoke Spanish).Others were attended to quickly as she was directing staff while we held up the line. The portions were more than generous. Regardless, I recommend stopping here for a scoop of ice cream or sorbet while outlet shopping at Potomac Mills. Again, huge shoutout to the worker there!“

“Go there often but sucks that the Cookie Monster is often out. This is super frustrating because that is the main reason why I go in the first place… further, they were too busy conversing amongst themselves to notice that their only customers at the time were leaving without notice or farewell.

“I stopped by late one evening and realized the closing time as I walked thru the door, but they insisted on serving me anyways. This place is so cute..super clean, maintained & nice inside! The young men working were sooo kind and made sure I got what I wanted! I am so glad to have this Cold Stone here. I highly recommend people to stop in and try their peanut butter shakes! I will definitely be back“
