I recently visited Cold Stone and had a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I arrived by Ridwan, who had such a positive and welcoming attitude. He even asked how my day was going, which made the service feel very friendly and personal. He served me a wonderful scoop of coffee ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! The shop was also very clean, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you Ridwan, for making my visit so enjoyable, I will definitely be back soon!
