Always great
Me and my friend got here 20 minutes before closing and Mac was so amazing so nice to us from the moment we walked in the door, just a smile on his face didn’t rush us said we could try anything he just had such good spirits and made our experience so awesome!!!!!
My family and I visited this location on May 31st for a sweet treat. The staff greeted us immediately, which was nice, but we were then left waiting for a while because they were chatting behind the counter instead of taking our order.

Cold Stone Creamery offers delicious ice cream and ice cream cakes. Many customers praise the amazing workers who provide great service with a smile. One employee helped with an order and handled an issue with a DoorDash driver, making things right for the customer. Another worker made a visit awesome by being nice and not rushing customers who arrived 20 minutes before closing. The staff are described as friendly, with positive attitudes, even while working with barely working air conditioning. The coffee lovers ice cream, which is coffee ice cream with Heath bar bits and almonds mixed in, is called a great combo. Customers love the ice cream cakes, calling them sooo delicious. However, one visit had a long wait because staff were chatting behind the counter. There was also a confusing interaction when cheesecake ice cream was scooped from a pint in the back instead of the front display case. One customer noted the stone was completely dirty and used, with sprinkles and random ingredients in an otherwise easy two ingredient order. Despite this, the place is very popular with a steady stream of people, and worth the wait.
