Dani was extremely attentive, and very friendly. She gave some of the best customer service that I've ever received at any restaurant.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and kind, which is getting more difficult to find. The Barbie themed creation is delicious!

I placed an order online at 8:15, and they charged my account. I get a Doordash notification that the driver has been assigned. I see on the map that the driver arrived. Then I heard nothing from them for a while. At 9:06, 6 minutes after the store closed, I got a notification that my order was either changed or canceled... still no word from them. Then, I got a notification that my order was transferred to Uber... it never arrived. At 9:42, 42 minutes after closing, I got a text from the Uber driver saying the store was closed so they couldn't pick up the order.The store didn't have the decency to answer the phone during business hours when I called, and even worse, never made any attempt to contact me to notify me of a problem. Now, I have to file a fraud report with my credit card company to get my money back.

Just got ice cream took a bit cause the girls had online orders and a guy just walked by without asking if I was helped. The girls seemed nice but I got home and tried it seemed like something was missing so I checked online and the guy forgot the fudge brownie in my ice cream. Sucks cause it was my favorite ice cream.

I have ordered here numerous times to be delivered and it's always wrong so my family and I decided to go in and give it a try. We ordered four different things, one was supposed to be in a waffle bowl and one in a cone, which I told them three different times. When we went to pay everything was in a regular bowl. I told the person at the register what the issue was and he stated well there's nothing I can do about it now. We will not be returning to the La Plata Cold Stone.

The staff, at this particular, location is friendly. The establishment is clean and everytime I've frequented, there has been management nearby. I prefer going out of my way to patron this LaPlata establishment vs. the Waldorf/ Marketplace location.

I usually go to the Waldorf location but they were closed today. Apparently I have been spoiled by the Waldorf location since there is plenty of mixed ingredients and they pack it to the brim. I got exactly the opposite from this location. I should of brought it back melted and all but it wasn't worth it. If the Waldorf location is closed for whatever reason I'll just go to Brewster's next time.

My daughter's favorite place for ice cream. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Parking is adequate but the lot can get kind of tight.

Thanks for your response, like I said, frequent customer and never had a issue. I should have gave the benefit this time of maybe it was busy or something that caused them to not take a phone order. In hind sight it wasn't even one of the regular employees I deal with who are always great. I've changed to a 5 star to reflect my overall review my many times here.
