We went in and ordered the Buffalo Bleu sandwich and it was by far one of the best Buffalo Chicken sandwiches ive had in a while! It was so good was contemplating on ordering another one lol. Definitely a 10 out of 10!“

“Today was my first time in S&S. Very clean when I entered. Everything was easy to read. They showed me the food and I ordered the Turkey Wings, green beans and sweet potatoes. Everything was very tasty, the Turkey wings were juicy and the sides delish! The portion sizes were very good for the price! I will def be a returning customer. Thank you!“

“Truly a hiddent jewel south of Old Town Alexandria. If I had been blindfolded and didn't know that I entered the establishment via the parking lot of Belle View Shopping Center I would have thought I was in an upscaled restaurant in downtown DC. This has become our favorite date night spot. Delicious food options and creative cocktails along with exceptional service (Brett) made our evening one to remember. I love a well made Old Fashioned and I wasn't disappointed. The secret ingredient of the quarter branch apple brandy took it to next level. We are looking forward to our next date night already!“

“The food was really good seasoning wise but I like my noodles a little less al dente to hit the perfect mouth feel. My sister did however, really enjoyed the vegetarian option. That being said I will still definitely be back! At the end of the day the customer service was so excellent here it was the real star. I had never been to this particular restaurant and Danny was such a help that he helped take all the guess work out. He was also so very caring and came to check on us and other customers in the store which is definitely not your typical casual dining experience. It’s people like these who give us hope in the service industry/humanity again! In other news, the industrial and rather breezy—on a hot day—atmosphere of this place was great and it was ULTRA clean. “The Addis Teff is delicious. Good flavor and pairs well with food. Was really good with the smoked sweet swiss cheese from the Fresh Mkt. I first tried one in a choose your own 6 pack and was hooked. The lager was good, but this is my favorite. I tried it because I'd never heard of beer made from Teff, and I like trying new things. I wish Fresh Mkt had the honey one as well. I have bought the Addis Teff a few times now. Someday I want to visit the brewery!“

Her welcoming presence took the attention away from the heat and lit up the empty room. I asked about the lavender lemonade and she had mentioned she made it-so I tried it. FYI IT WAS AMAZING the lavender taste wasn’t to strong and made the drink verrryy unique. I tried the fries, fried chicken which was fried to perfection and tasty!!!I enjoyed the salmon Alfredo also. Everything was cooked very well and balanced.“

“One of the best ice cream shops I’ve been to in a long time, I was pleasantly surprised to find homemade custard. The root beer was delightful in my root beer float and you can definitely taste the honey flavors the root beer was made with. The vanilla custard was refreshing and fantastic. I got there 30 minutes prior to closing and the place had a line out the door. It was a fast line and worth the short wait time. I understand now why it was so popular and I look forward to trying more from the menu in the future. They had a lot of great options and accommodations for almost anyone such as sorbet. Really cute area and if you go across the street and down a little there’s more seating to sit and eat your delicious treat outside. There’s also a cute little garden spot directly across the street too with a few seats and a spot for a treat for your dog in the mail box. I would 100% recommend this spot but expect it to be busy.“

I ordered the butter chicken curry with rice and garlic naan. That’s always my first order when I try a new Indian restaurant. The sauce alone could carry the meal. This is by far the best Indian food I’ve ever had. My first visit, and definitely not my last.“
