“Sooo Ive been hesitant on trying this restaurant for a while but im SUPER happy I decided to today! We went in and ordered the Buffalo Bleu sandwich and it was by far one of the best Buffalo Chicken sandwiches ive had in a while! It was so good was contemplating on ordering another one lol. “We enjoyed the chicken curry, the paneer tikka masala, the non-veg thali, garlic naan, chai tea, mint mojito, galub jamun and kheer. We were visiting DC, and the food was so good we came in a second night. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff and owner very professional and personable. Highly recommend.“

“Truly a hiddent jewel south of Old Town Alexandria. If I had been blindfolded and didn't know that I entered the establishment via the parking lot of Belle View Shopping Center I would have thought I was in an upscaled restaurant in downtown DC. This has become our favorite date night spot. Delicious food options and creative cocktails along with exceptional service (Brett) made our evening one to remember. I love a well made Old Fashioned and I wasn't disappointed. The secret ingredient of the quarter branch apple brandy took it to next level. We are looking forward to our next date night already!“

“Paris Baguette was extremely accommodating with my last-minute request for a full tiramisu cake, even adding “Happy Birthday Mom” as a message on the side. I’m beyond grateful for how convenient and easy they made everything, especially on such short notice. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious and a huge hit! I’ll definitely be back. Please check their menu to confirm that this is your style of food preference. No vegetarian options. If you are looking for a quick, tasty option, check it out.
Tip: Type in Blue and white carry out and you will get plenty of content of what the building looks like and types of food they serve there.

“We stopped at Jack’s Place in Old Town for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was great, the service was friendly, and then they really won me over. I asked if they could make me a spicy chicken sub to take with me for later—and OMG. Best sub ever. Seriously. It was spicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
I love a place that does the classics well but is also willing to make you something a little different. Great breakfast, awesome people, and apparently they make a killer spicy chicken sub too. 😂

“My mom and I had an amazing time at Milk & Honey. We ordered the honey biscuits, collared greens, and banana pudding for dessert - so yummy! I would reccomend all of those dishes. Our server Kenzie was amazing! She was so accommodating and made us feel at home. She really made our experience special.

“The spice blends here do not play around. The Jerk Chicken platter is an absolute standout—juicy, smoky, and packed with serious heat that meshes surprisingly well with classic Mediterranean white and red sauces. Even the simple yellow basmati rice is loaded with flavor.
Portions are Enormous. The platters come heaped with rice, a massive pile of protein, and a crisp Mediterranean salad blend. Order a side of warm pita, and you easily have two full meals packed into one tray.
Lightning-fast output whether you're grabbing a late-night bite or ordering takeout delivery. The food stays burning hot in the container, and the sauces come generously on the side so nothing gets soggy.

“The Addis Teff is delicious. Good flavor and pairs well with food. Was really good with the smoked sweet swiss cheese from the Fresh Mkt. I first tried one in a choose your own 6 pack and was hooked. The lager was good, but this is my favorite. I tried it because I'd never heard of beer made from Teff, and I like trying new things. I wish Fresh Mkt had the honey one as well. I have bought the Addis Teff a few times now. Someday I want to visit the brewery!“

“I saw the street sign and gave them a try. I got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with 5pcs Hot BBQ wings. The sandwich loaded with delicious crispy chicken. I loved it. Wings were fresh and taste was very good. Their prices are cheaper than other places in Alexandria. I will be back again.“

“Having been coming here for the Southern Sparkler for years. Have always stayed with my usuals. One of us order Duck, the other the chicken. Those Gouda potatoes were the bomb. Dinner was a delight. Only disappointment was appetizer. The fried green tomatoes were lack luster. We would avoid them in future.“

“Today was my first time in S&S. Very clean when I entered. Everything was easy to read. They showed me the food and I ordered the Turkey Wings, green beans and sweet potatoes. Everything was very tasty, the Turkey wings were juicy and the sides delish! The portion sizes were very good for the price! I will def be a returning customer. Thank you!“
