The hot pretzel came out overcooked and too hard, but they were so accommodating with a replacement, and didn't ask for it, but they refunded us for the inconvenience. Totally unnecessary, but the thoughtfulness and friendliness caught our attention and is a large reason we'll continue to patronize them. “Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “I was so glad when we found this place! It is tiny (7 tables + carry-out, I think). The food is Korean. Classic bibim bahp, daeji bulgogi (spicy stir-fried pork), jahm-bong (spicy noodle soup with vegetables and a little squid), and several others. There is only one other place in Woodbridge where you can get Korean food, and I prefer Dosirock. Try it. I think you'll like it. Rocky“

“The Addis Teff is delicious. Good flavor and pairs well with food. Was really good with the smoked sweet swiss cheese from the Fresh Mkt. I first tried one in a choose your own 6 pack and was hooked. The lager was good, but this is my favorite. I tried it because I'd never heard of beer made from Teff, and I like trying new things. I wish Fresh Mkt had the honey one as well. I have bought the Addis Teff a few times now. Someday I want to visit the brewery!“

“Love this place! The staff is incredibly wonderful. Always so sweet and helpful. Always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and improvise when needed. Been multiple times and have always had a great experience. They also work their butts off keeping the orders cranking out. We have a gluten allergy and dairy allergy in our family so they are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating when we order. The space is adorable. The meats and sides offer a familiar, classic KBBQ experience. But what really sets this place apart from the rest is their ramen service. They actually cook and serve ramen for you, which was an unexpected but amazing addition to the heavy BBQ! It perfectly balanced out the meal. Ended up having a very satisfying, filling dinner. “After hearing of Bunnyman for months, I decided to hit it up with a few friends on a Friday night. It did not disappoint at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is serene with great music. The music volume is perfect too so you can still socialize without having to shout. My favorite amenities though, are the self-pour feature, the diversity of beer flavors, and the ease of paying. The taps are really easy to use and to keep track of how much your bar tab is accumulating. On top of that, you don't have to wait at all for a refill- just head on up to the tap and pour, amazing system! The Irish Red beer was my go-to, and it was very pleasing to see that on tap when it's not actually Oktoberfest season, (I can never seem to find it most times of the year). We will all definitely be back, as well as looking forward to visiting their Lorton location! Keep up the great work and the awesome selection of beers, mad props!“

“Aslin is such a great spot! I’ve been here and to their other locations in DC and Herndon several times and have always had a great experience.

I recently had the opportunity to host an event here, and the team was fantastic to work with. Christian was awesome to coordinate with prior to the event, and on the day of Taylor, Sage, and Chad were incredibly helpful/accommodating! We already have our next event booked :) Everyone was incredibly welcoming, easy to coordinate with, and made the whole experience feel seamless.
