Bartender Bo is indeed "super cool" and funny. Servers Mario and Andrea are helpful, attentive, efficient, and keep everyone very well-fed. Chef Pete (different one) regularly impresses with tasty appetizers, entrees, salads (Greek is a fave), desserts, and more. More than worth a visit - keep going back! I'm proud to be a regular (OK - groupie/super-fan) and my nights at Pete's are true weekend highlights. I'll start off with this; Our waiter, Ron(Ronald) Was an absolute Superstar!! This experience would have been a 7/10 without him but he just blew our socks off with tending to our needs and he went above and beyond giving great conversation and recommendations. What an Amazing staff and team at this Chuy's location. The Manager on staff, Will, was also very welcoming and a good host. He trained Ron and that is how all staff SHOULD be trained. Speaking of staff, whoever was back in that kitchen had to have been a Michelin Star chef because all the food was fresh, extra flavorful and the perfect balance of presentation and flavor. From the time I make reservations through walking through the front door of the restaurant, the service, the managers, the chef, the food, to serving the BEST ITALIAN CUISINE SINCE ITALY, and cleanliness in the restrooms. Look, I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA, where there are some of the best Italian restaurants on the East Coast but those restaurants do not compare to my Maggiano’s. I seriously have to drive out of my way, Springfield, to get the Best Italian on the East Coast. It’s worth every second. The cuisine inside this Maggiano’s tastes exactly like my Italian grandparent’s cooked it. I frequent this restaurant at least once or twice a week. The patio is covered, has ceiling fans, has heaters, and has a nice view of the artificial grass area which is turned into an ice rink during the winter.Service can be a little slow depending on the day and who's working. Usually there is one bartender working, but most of the bartenders I've interacted with at Ghost Fleet have been great.Happy hour is from 1600 to 1700 Monday through Friday and the prices during this time are superb.The reason for four stars and not five is because over a year ago Ghost Fleet stopped accepting cash. This is an inconvenience and illogical. I was given several different reasons from several different bartenders and none of the reasons justify the change. It's a bar. They should accept cash.“

“I ordered the steak quesadillas which came with a mini salad and guacamole. The guacamole was super fresh and tangy which blended perfectly with the cheesyness of the quesadilla. The portion size was plentiful, and I even took some home. My kids ordered the birria nachos to share and they devoured them. They are very picky about their nachos so the fact they ate these is a testament to their quality. I’ve been recommending this place to my friends and family and will be coming here again.“

Crock? To wide to melt cheese to cover the whole top, and melt over edge! Maybe a 3?

“Great stop to dance a little. Beers are not crazy expensive. I got pique macho which I'm not usually a fan of but their steak is amazingly soft and tender. I definitely recommend that. The dance floor gets tight but usually everywhere else is the same. Service was ok just not as attentive as I'd expect.“
