This is one of the best, and most under appreciated, restaurants in Charles county. The service is excellent - every single time. The servers are attentive and kind. The food is unique and delicious and healthy. The atmosphere is super chill. What I really appreciate is that they are consistently excellent. I am always pleased. The staff is always on their game.
Silver Skewers make amazing food. Especially the meat they make, WOW. It was really soft, well spiced and served generously. The rice they served was amazing and with strong of flavor. Since first time I came here I knew I am about to become a regular at Silver Skewers.

Loved the food and service was terrific. We had a large party and we were very well cared for. My husband had lamb and filet mignon kabobs anld i had salmon and shrimp. I gave him half of mine and he did the same so we each had four of the kabob options. They were all delicious. The rice was amazing too. I would like to know how to make rice like that at home. Do not live jn the area but when i visit, i will want to go back. Loved it.
