“I go to this location frequently and the staff is great! I always place the order thru the app and my order is always ready and prepared properly.The only issue I have is adding a bottled drink to my order, this location doesn't offer it and this is frustrating because when I order it's for convenience.“
“I eat at several Subways (nice keto options) and this is as nice as any of them. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews for this particular restaurant but my visit was fine. The employees were friendly and the food was fresh. The store was clean and bright.One thing missing- it's mid-December and they didn't have any holiday decorations up! Come on Subway... don't be Scrooges!“
“Update: Owner is very polite and accommodating. After receiving the Subway survey he reached out to me and offered to remedy the situation. He also went out of his way to deliver it to my work place. More business owners should care about their business like he does.Past-I don’t ever write reviews, but don’t ever order online from them! If I could give them zero stars for their customer service I would. I was charged for an entire meal, then they forgot to give them to me. Ok, mistakes happened, so I called that day and told them. I was told that I could pick them up at any day or time. So I came in the next day after work to pick them up. BUT now I’m told that they won’t give them to me because I could have picked them up yesterday! When I was told that I could even be credited those chips or just pick them up any day. The late night crew were so not helpful and rude. If I could have picked them up I would have but I got off of work late. So do your self a favor and don’t order from here.“
“First time visiting, stopped by for a quick lunch with my son. We both purchased a 6" meatball. The restaurant was clean, the staff was respectable and my food was prepared/served quickly as I described. If you need a quick meal and you're in the area, please check them out.“
