It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. It was just an amazing experience for me, I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back lol 😂 I saw 👀 the chicken and red velvet waffles!“

“Coffee is great. You can tell they love what they do . They serve the traditional classics, they ll throw in a twist with their great seasonal drinks. But if you love espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and great beans give this place a try. While you wait for your drinks you can step into the patio or their vintage shop which is equally impressive. Clearly, everyone has found out about it because it's busier every time I go—and I almost always run into someone I know. But there's still plenty of seating. I also appreciate that there is tea, match and chai for the none coffee drinkers. The staff is great and the music selections are on point. Today my husband brought a bagel Sammy home to me from you guys. The sandwich had havarti cheese, which you had let get a little crispy and bubbly and wonderful. I noticed and appreciated it so much. I don't even care if I never happens again. The beautiful instance of it happening once will ensure that I return over and over again, delighted at the possibility of my sandwich having a crispy little cheese edge. “I stopped by on my way to work and was not disappointed. The service was friendly and quick. I had a pain au chocolate and an iced coffee today. I do recommend it and next time I’ll sit outdoors and work on some stuff.“

“SO many great flavors to choose from; roasted strawberry will spoil you on regular strawberry ice cream forever! The cannoli ice cream(with mini cannoli shell) was excellent. My daughter always gets a sweet little macaron on top of whatever she chooses. It’s such a great spot to grab a great scoop (or two!) of ice cream.“

“This place had a unique charm to it. Patio seating is dog friendly, being able to order from a window outside and just relax is wonderful. The neighborhood it’s in is also quirky and adds to the ambiance. The coffee and the chai are legit. The bagels were good as well.“

“It's the hotel lobby. It's not a true restaurant. You order at the bar. The salmon bowl was fantastic. But if you're looking for a sit down with a restaurant feel, this isn't it. The front desk staff looked confused when we said we made a reservation. But the food was very good!“

“We have been here twice now, both times we were passing through on our way home from vacation. Their cheddar bay biscuits are AMAZING. I wish I had ordered extras to take home with me. My husband got the buffalo chik’n sliders from the refrigerated case and said it was SO good. My son got a huge piece of coffee cake and loved it. We also each got cheddar bay biscuit, and I also got a chocolate croissant and an iced chai. Everything was amazing! They also have a mini store front with lots of awesome vegan products. Candy bars, seasonal items, stickers, jewelry and lots more.“

“I bought some Dark as Dark from the grocery store! My wife likes dark roast! She usually uses a creamer. I drink mine black! This has to be the smoothest dark roast I have ever tried! I usually end up with a bitter aftertaste with the dark roasts I have tried so far. Not with this. We bought a grinder thinking that may be the problem but even with fresh beans lots of dark roasts still give that bitter aftertaste. This is tasty all the way through! I’ll be buying this from now on and I like the fact that we will be supporting a Va business as well. We will have to try out one of your locations in Richmond some time!“

“Always someone greeting you with cheer in their voice each visit through the drive thru and in person. The drinks are made with love. You can taste it. Never have I visited this location and my drink turned out disappointing. Quick service. Never have I had to return because something is missing or wrong. So many options for my breakfast run. Java chip my favorite. Gruyere egg bites yum. Double smoked bacon ,cheddar and egg sandwich takes one back. Chocolate croissant you name it! No trip to Paris needed.“

“I know there is unrest in the company, as it is all over vlogs, blogs, and social media. This store seemed unscathed and employs a staff of personable, kind, and funny staff. I appreciate their interactions, and already always chipper and sweet. They helped me navigate my dietary restrictions. I love the coconut milk with my usual order. I appreciate the baristas helping me out.

Found this place off of the reviews, and walked over from the hotel. While on a road trip, you don't find many flood coffee places, Lift was awesomeness!!!
Walked in and ordered, asked for a cup of water for the pup, guy tells me they have a bowl out back. He made sure the water was fresh for us.
While walking that way, I also realized they served hot food. So glad, because it was great. Sat in the outdoor space with the pup and enjoyed!
Not sure if I mentioned, the coffee!!! It was so good, I left with an extra one to go!!!
The outdoor space was super welcoming and spacious. Also, there is parking out back.
