“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We finally made it to SB’s Love Shack and WOW — what an absolute gem. It’s a smaller café, so when it’s cold there can be a short wait and limited indoor seating (no reservations), but it totally makes sense for the size. When the weather’s warm, they have a large patio. They’re open 9–2, and the staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The décor is super unique with a total RVA vibe. The food was unreal. I had the Glitter on a Mattress (Texas toast with bacon & sausage gravy, a side of bacon, and edible glitter ✨) and it was SO good — and huge. We also tried the French toast with flavored fruit cream and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was amazing. Parking is limited in the front, but there’s plenty around the back and an easy walk-up through a covered patio area. Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend — can’t wait to go back. 💕🍳✨“

“I was told these were the best biscuits in the world. Early Bird did not disappoint. I’m from out of state, just visiting.

I got their “biscuit of the day”, which was topped with bacon and a sweet maple glaze. It was heavenly. Ate the whole thing without a sip of my coffee. It was so buttery-soft and moist. 10/10 would recommend. Total was like $8, great deal.

Also enjoyed their antique decor, especially their uranium glass. So cool!“

“first I’d like to say the waitress me and my wife had was very friendly and service was exceptional the night shift crew has the best service we’ve ever experienced and they are hilarious our waitress we didn’t catch her name but she was light skin and curvy her and the light skin man with the beard they were picking light fun at the chef and it makes us feel like a place that’s very family oriented and special and a good vibe all around .. but to the point me and my wife ordered a all star and they were absolutely delicious ! Everything we asked for cooked to perfection and quality was amazing we will be continuing to come back here for years to come and showing love to the night shift !!!!!!!“

“Pretty good place. Food was pricey, but had good flavor combinations. Service was okay, seemed like the waiter might have been alone for the early morning breakfast crowd. Overall enjoyed my experience. I had the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes and a side of sausage patties. Worth it.“

“My husband and I eat there almost every day! The food is awesome, as is the staff. Hats off to the manager AJ and staff Leonanna, Jill, Lori, Cam, Chelsea, Ashleigh and Asa. They are all very welcoming and great at their jobs. We just love them and Eggs Up.“

“The Carmia Way IHOP has a great staff. The hostess was friendly and pleasant. The food is tasty and cooled 👌. Our waiter is excellent. We always ask for AJ. He is well mannered, soft spoken with good grammar and friendly. Knows the products. Nice manager in this location.“

“I really enjoyed having brunch with my sister! Our waitress was very friendly, respectful, and attentive. The manager was also an awesome team player. I was especially impressed by how he worked alongside his staff, helped wherever needed, and treated everyone with kindness and respect.

“I came in for a to go order and after speaking with eddy, I ended up seating down, he’s amazing when it comes to the menu, I created my omelette and I think he created it for me instead after asking about the topping they had inside the store. I will come again and will dine in I was in a rush to go to work and the food come out fast I was not late to work which made happy“
