“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We finally made it to SB’s Love Shack and WOW — what an absolute gem. It’s a smaller café, so when it’s cold there can be a short wait and limited indoor seating (no reservations), but it totally makes sense for the size. When the weather’s warm, they have a large patio. They’re open 9–2, and the staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The décor is super unique with a total RVA vibe. The food was unreal. I had the Glitter on a Mattress (Texas toast with bacon & sausage gravy, a side of bacon, and edible glitter ✨) and it was SO good — and huge. We also tried the French toast with flavored fruit cream and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was amazing. Parking is limited in the front, but there’s plenty around the back and an easy walk-up through a covered patio area. Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend — can’t wait to go back. 💕🍳✨“

“After leaving the hospital, I gland over to the shop and took a chanch one biscuit from a different looking shop. Walked In and thought it was awesome.Home made buscuits and cheddar bay biscuits, bacon egg and real cheese and a 2 inch lick egg layer. Paid for it got to my truck to eat and run, started the truck, took a bite and shut thr truck off to have a moment with the biscuit. I have told everyone I know to go get what they want. Nurses, doctors, friends, random personnel to go inland get at least a biscuit thr first tine rather go back and branch oit. That's my plan as soon as I recover from surgery I will drive 30 miles for brakfast. I am gonna order everything made and work my way across their menu board.early bird biscuit company makes by far thr best biscuit anywhere! Looks like it may be a every Sunday morning ritchual.“

“first I’d like to say the waitress me and my wife had was very friendly and service was exceptional the night shift crew has the best service we’ve ever experienced and they are hilarious our waitress we didn’t catch her name but she was light skin and curvy her and the light skin man with the beard they were picking light fun at the chef and it makes us feel like a place that’s very family oriented and special and a good vibe all around .. but to the point me and my wife ordered a all star and they were absolutely delicious ! Everything we asked for cooked to perfection and quality was amazing we will be continuing to come back here for years to come and showing love to the night shift !!!!!!!“

“Briana P. Was absolutely amazing. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our first experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left she made sure everything was perfect. The blueberry mimosas were so good. The gooey goose bread was 10/10. Her smile, energy, and passion for seeing others come together over a meal was felt instantly. I cannot wait to come back again and hopefully she will be in a managers position. I just hope she’ll make the exception of serving us again. Give her a raise. Give her a promotion. “Great biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Better than Rise because the biscuits don't crumble apart in the middle of eating them. I'd pick them over Panera or fast food breakfast slop any day. One improvement they could incorporate is the option to add to veggies to the standard breakfast biscuits.“

“Me and my folks went there last night. The food was the bomb!!! The Soul rolls and Salmon entree was soooo good. My husband had a crab omelet and grits that he enjoyed as well! My friends enjoyed their meals as well! I highly recommend this spot!!!“

“Have been seeing this restaurant a lot and wanted to try. It is much like fast food, you walk up and ordered and can pick up at the counter. The staff were very friendly, the menu had a large variety and this includes coffee. We both got the five and dime with sausage gravy. The sausage is a tad spicy but not overly spicy. He ate it like a sandwich and I cut it up with a fork. The biscuit was soft, and everything on the sandwich was good. The smash browns were perfection. I'm already looking to see what I can get next time.“

“We were a big group and a man I want to say Brian was our server all alone! He was great but I think the manager could of helped assist him more. He was running all over the place. He forgot a few things of mine but I didn't say anything because I felt bad and I didn't get a refill on my drink but once and that was at the end of my meal. “We are from Michigan and visiting family in the area. This location was closest to our hotel so we stopped for Breakfast on our way to explore the area. We had Kesha T for our waitress and let me just say, she was fantastic. Walking in at first, I believe she was the only one seating people and waiting on them until more staff came in. She was extremely friendly, and smiling the whole time, thanking us for our patience while making sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive to not only our table but the other tables she was waiting on as well. I hope this location realizes what an asset she is, and acknowledges her. I very much appreciate the service we received and we would definitely come back to this location when we’re in the state/area again.“
