“Came in for a late breakfast. Staff was full of kind, calm, and very efficient people. Got seated within minutes, service was exceptional. Server was Arry and she was absolutely lovely. My biscuits and gravy was phenomenal. Kiddo was quite happy with his food and both dads at the table enjoyed all of their food.

Only downside is that the ladies’s bathroom door seemed to be broken and I worry that the open door might make some people uncomfortable while in the restroom and possibly bother people sitting near that area.

Restaurant was busy and had a steady flow of customers… staff was on point the entire time. Positive energy and clear communication were paramount. If any local restaurant managers wanna know how to encourage their staff to perform… come have late breakfast on a Sunday and take notes.“

“As I entered IHOP, I was greeted by Valencia. She was very courteous, and had a beautiful smile on her face. When she took me to my table, she stated that Jason would be my server. I was so pleased, because I remembered Jason from my last visit, probably about a month ago. Jason provided excellent service, including ensuring that I didn’t need anything. Jason is truly someone that you will find attentive, friendly, and very respectful. His kindness is contagious and inspiring. He is so attentive to each customer’s needs. Over the past year, I have visited IHOP a few times. Obviously, there is a great management team. As I was sitting at my table this morning, I was thinking about how amazing the service was at IHOP. I noticed other servers smiling, and taking the time to greet customers that weren’t even assigned to them. I’m not exaggerating, that over the past year, I feel like I am at a 5- star restaurant. Thank you, Chester IHOP, Valencia, Jason, and management.“
