Being the Southern inspired menu, we opted for the fried green tomato appetizer, panko breaded deviled eggs were an unexpected and unusual offering that was phenomenally delicious. We also enjoyed their cajun pasta to round out the meal. We had courteous service from staff that were friendly, responsive and informative and efficient and fun. Very reasonable priced for quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve always had a great experience at the Colonial Heights Crumbl Cookies location. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and always greet customers with a smile. What I appreciate even more is how supportive they are of teachers—they generously gave out gift cards during Teacher Appreciation Week, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I’ve never had any issues with my orders. The cookies are always freshly made, carefully packed, and consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the Original Chocolate Chip and the Dubai Brownie Cookie—both are absolutely worth trying! If you’re looking for amazing cookies and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend supporting this location.”

“A nice place to eat. If you bring more than 5 people with you, expect to pay 18% more than you would because they charge you without telling you or having it posted anywhere in the restaurant. We usually enjoy eating here. We brought family with us and had a poor server, then they threw in the surprise extra fee because we had 7 people... when I asked, they then told me about the fee and where it told about it in the store... they said and I quote "when we 1st opened, we had it posted on our website, but took it off since people know it now..." verbatim what I was told. My wife & I eat there a lot... well- we did. And we definitely won't bring more clientele with us when we do. Food is pretty good. Service tends to be ok... for the most part... hopefully you won't have any complaint because they don't care about them.”

“I love this place!! I don’t eat Chinese food as much but when I crave it I order from Lucky Garden without hesitation. So far I have tried several different options each time I am surprised and satisfied. Food made to order of course well seasoned, no soy sauce to make it taste better. Clean environment and the owners are friendly.”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience, especially with our server, Ally! She was the best ever—super nice, hilarious, and very knowledgeable. She kept us laughing the entire time we were there, and we even had her laughing too! 😀

She went above and beyond by moving us to another table because it was very cold where we were sitting. A lot of places wouldn't have done that since the other side was closed, but Ally made it happen without hesitation.

She truly made our dining experience memorable. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Ally....you won't be disappointed!”

“Colonial Italian Restaurant in colonial heights: if you have an Italian taste bud it’s great. My husband and I sat at the bar for our first time there. After sitting there for about 10 mins we were finally asked if we were dinning in or carrying out. coming from a past server/bartender the service was HORRIBLE. Food was great. I got the build your own pasta with a soup. Soup came out first, after finishing that the plate and bowl sat there until we left. My plate from my pasta after being boxed sat there until we left as well. Felt like we were just a nuisance to her evening. The bartender was NOT FRIENDLY, and I know from past profession we have our good days and bad days but what an experience. She had more conversation and friendliness towards her “regulars” that came in than anyone that was sitting at the bar. We will definitely sit at a table next time.”

“I had a Door Dash delivery from Excel and it was wonderful. I had the Bean Curd with Szechuan Sauce and Kung Pao Chicken. Both dishes were great with fresh vegetables cooked to perfection. The sauces on both were flavorable and NOT greasy nor overpowering.”

“I went in to ask for a menu to place a to go order. The pizza I ordered was a medium with toppings that included extra cheese on thick crust. Their menu had a lot to choose from. The pizza had a very nice thick crust, fresh toppings and was great food for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be ordering from them again!”
