Captain Tom's was celebrating it's 30 year in business (free pens!). I got a fried seafood platter. You can get it fried or broiled. It had scallops, flounder, oysters, a deviled crab, and popcorn shrimp. The scallops and oysters were fried a little too much. The deviled crab was stuffing in a crab shell. It was a fair amount of food for the price compared to other places. The server was attentive. Next time I will try the broiled platter. They have foods other than seafood.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the tri city area. The staff is always courteous food is always hot, and the drinks are always strong. More importantly, fried fish, shrimp, hushpuppies, potatoes and slaw....always delicious. I gave it a 4 star overall rating due to the wait and confusion when seating. This process could definitely be handled better. The restaurant doesn't have much ambiance but the food and service are consistently great.
