The manager was polite, gave quick service & maintain professionalism as well as correcting workers. Also, accurate in order. It seemed low in staff because they didn't have a porter boy to clean tables. The manager was aware but I guess clean up whenever they couldn't. The hash puppy was fried hard & some of the fish. The food was good, but hours on Google and Long John Silvers website are not correct. I went at a little before 8pm and they said that it would be a longer wait because they were getting ready to close at 8. I was fine with the wait, but I wouldn’t have gone so close to closing time if I knew. Everything says they close at 10pm.
The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The cashiers weren't the least bit friendly. AT ALL! I thought the least 5hey could do was TRY! We were the only customers in the place and no one at the drive-thru. We were quite leary about going inside. We thought they were closed but decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was an "old school " feel, and it looked like the 50's -'60's type furniture. We thought the price was extremely high considering what and where we were eating....read full review
