The workers were good, greeted us as we came in and very patient as we took awhile to decide what we wanted. It was also very clean inside. Now as for the food....... Everytime taste the same, and it was very greasy. It was not a gastronomical delight.... AT ALL!!!! At least not for me. Would I recommend this? Ummm no not at all.

(Drive Through )Before even going through we waited for about 5 minutes before my husband said “hello” and shortly after that we were greeted with a rude and loud voice. There was no “Hello welcome to Long John’s or something of that” it was “can you wait” and then came back on the mic saying “yes what do you want” my husband politely proceeds to give her our order, and mind you this woman has a deep and loud voice it’s hard to hear her run our order back to us. So my husband again POLITELY re tells her our order. The woman working the drive through then proceeded to say “ YES sir I know that all I need is what’s sides you want!” My husband then apologized and tells her our sides and then Thanks the woman. We drive up again, and yet again we are greeted with rudeness.This is the second time we’ve had a bad encounter here, but I gave this establishment the benefit of the doubt because it seemed busy. This time it was slow. An yet again we were greeted here with rude service.Finally when we received our food we were greeted by another woman who was kind.But even so after this, we will not be returning customers.I hope the owner reads this review and immediately removes the woman taking orders or at least REMINDS her that this is the business with A HIGH VOLUME OF REVOLVING CUSTOMERS and that it is important that a little politeness goes a long way.

Just sat in the drive thru for 10 mins.. Then I decided ti try the inside which was closed.. I then go back to the drive thru and wait 5 more mins order my food only to get to the window and they don’t have change. Why are you’ll even open.. Not to mention you the lady working has the nastiest attitude every time I go there.. 25 mins of my time wasted and no food.

The manager was polite, gave quick service & maintain professionalism as well as correcting workers. Also, accurate in order. It seemed low in staff because they didn't have a porter boy to clean tables. The manager was aware but I guess clean up whenever they couldn't. The hash puppy was fried hard & some of the fish. It was a lot of solicitation in the restaurant and outside. Like they were scoping out who to ask stuff too. More security is needed for this shopping center area.Parking: Very tight parking & parking lot

I can't even really say anything about the food. We sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before something was even said to us to take our order. When she finally asked what we wanted to order I said the grilled shrimp tacos. She then told me to hold on. No explanation of I need to check to see if we have that or what have you. If you work in customer service you should know better. At that point we left and went to McDonald's because at least we knew we could definitely get food there.

The food was good, but hours on Google and Long John Silvers website are not correct. I went at a little before 8pm and they said that it would be a longer wait because they were getting ready to close at 8. I was fine with the wait, but I wouldn’t have gone so close to closing time if I knew. Everything says they close at 10pm.
The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The cashiers weren't the least bit friendly. AT ALL! I thought the least 5hey could do was TRY! We were the only customers in the place and no one at the drive-thru. We were quite leary about going inside. We thought they were closed but decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was an "old school " feel, and it looked like the 50's -'60's type furniture. We thought the price was extremely high considering what and where we were eating. We could have eaten at a fresh seafood market and restaurant right next door for less expensive at much higher FRESH, QUALITY SEAFOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only thing was, they were closed on Monday's l8ke many other restaurants in town.

The inside seating was closed even though the sign said that it was open and it was prime dinner time. This is a problem at this restaurant. When I go out to eat, using the restroom and sitting at a table is a must. I don't like to eat in the car. If I can't get in, I prefer to go to a different restaurant to eat. This time, we endured the wait in the drive-through line because my wife wanted their fish, and we took it home. Never again. I will be going to other restaurants to eat in the future.
