“I’ve always had a great experience at the Colonial Heights Crumbl Cookies location. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and always greet customers with a smile. What I appreciate even more is how supportive they are of teachers—they generously gave out gift cards during Teacher Appreciation Week, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I’ve never had any issues with my orders. The cookies are always freshly made, carefully packed, and consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the Original Chocolate Chip and the Dubai Brownie Cookie—both are absolutely worth trying! If you’re looking for amazing cookies and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend supporting this location.“

“Ladies: My first visit however not the last one. I live soft ice cream handmade with fresh pineapples. Do you have all the schools stop for visits or senior centers off iron bridge. You may need to distribute flyers. Do you have live bands at 5 until closing? I have eaten at the restaurant however I dined almost 12 years ago. I will return! I love the sitting area outside! What a charming surrounding in the country! Is someone going to renovate the farm house for the owner? Can he add a one level hotel for guests? Lastly, do you serve hot dog and hamburgers at 7 pm? An outdoor blow up movie theater could be added on Friday and Saturday only!“

“Myself and 3 friends went here yesterday for the first time. It was amazing. The burgers are very good . Made freshly ( you can taste the freshness) . Didn’t have room for ice cream but there is no doubt we will be back . It is a little pricey but you get want you pay for . If you want to try something new this is the place.“

“We really enjoyed it here and it’s so much better than Celesti Gelati! It’s your authentic sit outside on a pickup table and enjoy the scents of dessert spot. The server was very nice and the coffee and peanut butter buckeye ice cream were both very good. My only suggestion would be to offer oat milk options for those who can’t do dairy please!“

“Best soft ice cream in the area! Always fresh and creamy, good size portions and priced reasonably. All staff are friendly and helpful. If not serving customers they are cleaning or restocking etc. If you order a quart it is fully packed, labelled and dated. Five stars!!!“

“I went there last night (12/23/25) and the restaurant was impeccably clean. It even smelled like bleach and cleaning products. All surfaces were shiny and clean, the floor was spotless, and the toppings bar was well stocked and in perfect order. All of the machines were in working order and pristine.

I had seen a few negative reviews here about the cleanliness and service but my experience was 100% opposite. The employee was perfectly professional. I don’t leave many reviews but their above average cleanliness and readiness deserves a good review here.

I will agree that some of their flavor combinations are a bit odd. I recall mango & cake batter together. Mango would be better with the raspberry-pomegranate (which was combined with the new york cheesecake).“

“This is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to! I work at a shop that's in the same parking lot so I frequently grab lunch here. My order is always right, they are always very quick even with a full drive through, and everyone is super nice. Isaiah is awesome and there's a blonde lady with glasses (sorry I haven't caught her name) that works here that is also really nice and courteous. You guys are great!“
