“Last Saturday morning, we had an ordering issue error which was caused by our teen. I spoke to the manager (if I remember correctly, her name was Faith) and she could not have been any nicer or more professional in straightening out our problem. Crumbl is lucky to have such a pleasant person working for them, and taking the time to help me out....

“If you're a JMU alumni, undoubtedly you have visited or heard of Kline's. Starting in downtown Harrisonburg in 1943 and opening other stores in the area, Kline's has featured their custard style ice cream made fresh every day in each of their stores. Recently, the first Kline's opened in Richmond on Hull Street Rd in Western Chesterfield near Otterdale Rd. Specialty ice creams like Red Raspberry and Oreo Peppermint change frequently, while perennial favorites like vanilla and chocolate are constant choices. Tons of milkshake flavors are on the menu, as well as sundaes. We were delighted with the generous portions and creamy texture and rich taste of our single scoop cups.“

Many different flavors - exotic as you'd expect from a Mexican confectioners - so you can try something new with each visit and never have the same thing twice. We drove further with our newborn and our twin boys only to find out that neither of us had our wallets 🤦🏽‍♂️ slightly annoyed, I grabbed the keys to head home so we could pay. The manager recognized my wife’s voice and understood we already drove to another location to be let down and offered take care of our tab. This is such a blessing, it’s already hard get out of the house when you have a baby, and it turned everything around just from their recognition of what we were experiencing already. Glad we came to this spot, the kids loved it and we highly recommend visiting if you’re in - or even outside of the area!“

“A very nice ice cream and sandwich shop. Very clean with a nice decor. Their shakes are truly spectacular, and their sandwiches were outstanding. My burger was one of the best , I’ve ever had, but the onion rings were over cooked. Our party of 10 commented about how good everything tasted. Oddly, we were served our food and didn’t get shakes until we were almost done. It has ample parking and is handicap friendly.“

“Update - July '23. Revisited with the family and a huge difference compared to my last visit. Overall cleanliness has improved significantly. Surfaces are regularly cleaned. I noticed that surfaces along the different stations were cleaned after customers had come through.My kids and wife like the place, but I won't eat there. Look around the place top to bottom, and you will likely do the same. Dirty walls and trim along the floor make you wonder how well things are kept. Their digital signage tells me about gelato and sorbets that aren't available.Gift cards are only good at certain locations and not others. Seems like a silly corp / franchisee rule that hurts the business. Other major, successful franchises (McDonald's, etc.) honor their gift cards regardless.“

“Ate and drank here for the first time. The drink ("Sex on a Waffle") was tasty, the waffle with the blueberries and strawberries was delicious. My friends said they enjoyed their food, also. I definitely plan to eat here more often, and bring more friends!“

“It's was a nice day so my family went for an ice cream treat. Cold Stone is one our family favorites. I enjoyed my ice cream and service was fast. This location is surrounded by other food and drink locations. Although this is further I like this location. It also has a nice size parking lot.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! The staff is beyond amazing, kind, and just plain out wonderful! Thank y’all so much for making this happen!“

But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!“
