Great concept but expensive. The staff was friendly and willing to explain everything. Honestly they were pretty awesome. The storefront is very clean. The cookie we tried was awesome (cannoli cookie) and they have very nice packaging, it's not cheap...maybe not even reasonable. We spent $15 for 3 cookies. It's not something I would do frequently, but it was worth coming in.
I went back to crumbl cookies today after my roommate ordered me the wrong thing. I thought the cookie was cold but that was they way it was supposed to be served, “chilled” it was too cold for my liking and the employees were so kind and switched it out for me. They are the best!
