My family and I love the conchas that they have and the helados in their other section are delicious. Easily the best panaderia that my friends and family have ever been to. If I lived closer, I would probably go to this place every week.“

My kids and I just tried this yummy dessert shop and they have soo many desserts and ice cream options from funnel cakes to frozen hot chocolate frappes- It was so hard to make a decision!!!🍨i got the dubai chocolate sundae and biscoff cake and boy was it goooodd!! The owner was very patient, kind and personable! Cant wait to go back and order the biscoff sundae and a specialized funnel cake 😋 !!“

“We really enjoyed it here and it’s so much better than Celesti Gelati! It’s your authentic sit outside on a pickup table and enjoy the scents of dessert spot. The server was very nice and the coffee and peanut butter buckeye ice cream were both very good. My only suggestion would be to offer oat milk options for those who can’t do dairy please!“

“Best soft ice cream in the area! Always fresh and creamy, good size portions and priced reasonably. All staff are friendly and helpful. If not serving customers they are cleaning or restocking etc. If you order a quart it is fully packed, labelled and dated. Five stars!!!“

Many different flavors - exotic as you'd expect from a Mexican confectioners - so you can try something new with each visit and never have the same thing twice. “I love the non dairy options. The customer service is usually awful but the good ice cream cancels it out for me each time. 🤣 They need training, they treat you as if you ordering bothers them. No smiles no greeting just tilted heads and attitude. One lady was so dismissive to us and had the nerve to make us wait while she trained two girls on milkshakes. We were like hello and she literally ignored my husband. 🤭 5 stars to the non dairy ice cream though.“

“Favorite place to get ice cream because VEGAN SOFT SERVE!! They have awesome seasonal items that change regularly. My personal favorite is National Watermelon Day. Always delicious and hits the spot. The parking lot is small but there’s always at least one spot. Make sure you go early when they have the limited items because they will run out!“

“I absolutely love Jeni's. Before they even had a store in my location, I used to have it shipped to me. Here's the thing, I live well over an hour from the nearest jeni's and all of their cool flavors makes me want to drive up there often to try them. Especially since they don't offer those flavors at Whole Foods. The ONLY thing that sucks or is lacking is that there is NOWHERE for customers to sit or relax while eating their ice cream. It's actually weird because literally every other business in carytown has outdoor seating, even the smaller businesses next door have a table or two. But not Jeni's, which makes no sense. You have nowhere you sit and enjoy your ice cream. After driving over an hour, I'd like to sit and enjoy my ice cream. But oh well.

The flavors are so fun tho. I have strawberry pretzel pie and watermelon taffy. I had originally come up there for the bubble gum, hoping that it reminded me of the nostalgic version of baskin robins, but it didn't.

I tried all of the new summer flavors and they were pretty good. Toasted s'mores is probably what I'll get next time. The marshmallows in root beer threw it off for me.

“A great staple to Carytown! We recently walked around after dinner and were drawn in by the delectable smell from the street! I got cappuccino chip & salted caramel. Husband got mint chocolate chip. We both got the waffle cone bowls. OMGGG it was so delicious!“

“We went to another location that was closed and called this one ahead(Sunday). This time we called ahead and they were open! We drove further with our newborn and our twin boys only to find out that neither of us had our wallets 🤦🏽‍♂️ slightly annoyed, I grabbed the keys to head home so we could pay. The manager recognized my wife’s voice and understood we already drove to another location to be let down and offered take care of our tab. This is such a blessing, it’s already hard get out of the house when you have a baby, and it turned everything around just from their recognition of what we were experiencing already. Glad we came to this spot, the kids loved it and we highly recommend visiting if you’re in - or even outside of the area!“

“Very sweet and helpful staff! The cafe’s lighting is wonky but the place is neat and clean.
The boba was definitely one of the best I’ve purchased, no exaggeration. I also got the rainbow cake. Speaking as a cake addict, the texture was soft and just sweet enough. The frosting was a bit hard though and a bit too sweet. The sprinkles on it added the best crunch as well.
There was barely 2 minutes of wait time. I was in and I was out.
Definitely an underrated cafe in the area. Absolute cinema🙌 Prepare for a usual customer🙏🙏“

“I went there last night (12/23/25) and the restaurant was impeccably clean. It even smelled like bleach and cleaning products. All surfaces were shiny and clean, the floor was spotless, and the toppings bar was well stocked and in perfect order. All of the machines were in working order and pristine.

I had seen a few negative reviews here about the cleanliness and service but my experience was 100% opposite. The employee was perfectly professional. I don’t leave many reviews but their above average cleanliness and readiness deserves a good review here.

I will agree that some of their flavor combinations are a bit odd. I recall mango & cake batter together. Mango would be better with the raspberry-pomegranate (which was combined with the new york cheesecake).“
