“Place was packed. Our ice cream was melting before we could even get in the line to pay the cashier. I don't know what was taking so long but the last three times we've been in there we've had to stand in the line with melting cups for at least 20 minutes and by the time we will get to the register, my daughter was having to drink some of the yogurt because it was melted so much from standing in line so long it was spilling over the cup and of course there's never any discounts for you know loyal customers coming back a thousand times or you like other places like that have discounts for loyal customers... Especially like expensive places like sweet frog

I feel like if you're a loyal customer every 4 to 5 purchases u should get a free one or 50%off or something just a way to say hey we appreciate you because they're very overpriced but my kids love to go there because their grandma took them there the day before she passed away so I'm trying to keep the keep it going for them the memory going but to sit there and pay that much and wait in line for 20 minutes and then buy a melted cup of FroYo and it's just crazy to me the cashiers are sometimes rude they could care less about the experience they just want us to hurry up pay and be gone it's like if we ask for a lid they're just like huffing and puffing and like God like it's like every time I go into the Colonial Heights on its like that but that's the closest one to me that's the only one I can really speak on the one in Mechanicsville I've been there one time and they were totally different half the time the machines don't work at the Colonial Heights on and it's always like dirty around the toppings area I need to do better with cleaning it that's been my experience and I've been there five times with my kids over the last 40 days and over 20 over the last 2 years

“As a business owner, I really have to salute this business. I hadn’t been to this Sweet Frog location in awhile, just because I don’t eat ice cream often. I read the reviews before and they were rough; however I know the customer isn’t always right. Many times they are problem people.Let me preface this by saying, the cost of the amount you get is by ounce, this is customary when buying frozen yogurt. It’s above the register! To all the people complaining about the cost, stop trying to act like The Joneses if you’re broke. Guess what, people who aren’t broke don’t complain over nominal fees, and decent people are happy to support small business.Interestingly, when I went in, I was behind a woman who had at least 8 children with her. Her bill came up to almost $50, the kids cups were full. She started cursing saying, “That’s too much,” “Put it back (as if you can put open frozen yogurt back),” going on and on and on. The owners attitude was an AMAZING CLASS ACT! I’m watching the woman and she’s taking about her bank accounts, obviously transferring money while wearing a Gucci bag dressed to be 9’s and broke! I’m not making this up. I keep seeing comments complaining about cost, how dare you! Things are expensive and if you can’t afford it stop going into other peoples establishments causing chaos. It’s not even expensive, people only behave this disrespectfully when it’s a minority business owner thinking everything is for free! Keep that same energy when business owners are white, I bet you won’t! Your financial issues are your own. No business owner asks you to come in with your nasty attitudes. I will definitely be back! “Went in about 25 minutes before closing and they had quite a few people in there. They were not taking cash at this point but we were paying with card anyway. The girls behind the counter worked quickly, efficiently, and were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that we were not turned away since we were so close to closing.
