“We just left Roma. First time in. We’re traveling. Get the bruschetta, it’s excellent! Our waiter was was very friendly and we received great service. He was extremely busy but still gave us great service Our only complaint was the loud party.”

“Looking for pizza and drove from our hotel to Trapezium Brewing Company. It was great weather so we chose to sit outside and share the meatballs and a pepperoni pizza with hot honey. Did not disappoint. We left full and satisfied. Service was outstanding and the food came quickly. We had the Eclipse hazy IPA and was very good as well as a combo Stout and pink guava fresco. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and toy for the little ones to play with.”

“We went to Shirley’s for the second time and just gets better. We had the braised short ribs with mustard greens and potatoes, the southern Caesar salad with salmon and side of crispy brussels and the carrots. Every dish was spot on and absolutely delicious. My wife does not like mustard greens nor carrots and she loved them. The brussels were fantastic with apple and white raisins I think. The braised beef was full of flavor and melts in your mouth. The salmon was perfectly cooked.
We eat out a lot in many different restaurants and this is a really great one.”

“My company ordered lunch today. It was fantastic! We had seven different orders. All of them were named correctly and everything was right with each order. We will definitely order again! We all enjoyed our lunch! The lady who took our orders was friendly too. Thanks for being an awesome place!”

“We were staying in the area, food was pretty good! Prices were decent, my husband LOVED the catfish nuggets. The toasted ravioli was pretty good as well. Our Entrees which included the shrimp and chicken fettucine Alfredo and baked ziti were very normal, nothing crazy. The flavors weren't spectacular, just very simple. One thing we noted is that while all of the staff were very kind and decently accommodating, you can easily tell they need to work on organizing how staff is trained and tables are being seated. The potential is there, they just need a lot more structure.”

“Decided to treat myself to a Mom break, had a book, a great drink, and a delicious, FRESH and all home made meal. Music was great and the whole atmosphere was just perfect and relaxing. I had the most amazing oysters, and all of the food was AMAZING! Chicken Caesar Salad 🥗 was incredible! Kudos to the Chef(s) and staff!! 🤩🤩🤩 Jamela was my server, and she was not only ridiculously kind and welcoming, but completely knowledgeable about the entire menu, about all the locations, what to recommend and all of the different delicious sauces! “Great atmosphere. The coffee is clearly good quality and I loved my iced chocolate mocha. Other places can make lattes too sweet but this wasn’t. If I was local, I’d come here all the time. We liked our sandwiches too.”

This curated atmosphere brings a sense of calm and wonder to a re-envisioned bus station. As a frequent traveler on route 460 I relish and finding stops that are comfy, cozy, and well cultured. I appreciate the indoor aesthetic and was happy to find that they offer oatmilk and almond milk at the coffee bar. I highly recommend stopping in to support this local business. It’s a very small detour when passing through Petersburg.

“5 stars Nicest locally owned franchise Arby’s we’ve ever visited. Beautiful interior that includes a live tree in the dining area, growing towards the skylights. The menu is more extensive compared to the norm, which includes some healthier options. We enjoyed a frozen custard shake made with fresh strawberries, banana and wheat germ. It was very clean and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. If you are ever driving past Petersburg Va, it’s the place to stop!”

“I've been a longtime customer of What-A-Burger since the 70's. Burgers are usually good all the time. The picture is the real thing, NOT what most pictures show from the WHATABURGER chain. My only negative thing is, Jack, open inside dining.”

“I enjoyed my dine-in experience at Longstreet Deli. I made it my business to stop by after seeing so many people every time I would pull up to the traffic light beside the deli. I was a little uncomfortable at first because the race ratio but the warm service and nice, kind workers made me feel right at home. I will definitely return soon.”

“Staff super friendly and clean establishment. My first visit as I walked in I noticed fresh deserts…. Different sorts pies, sliced cakes, strawberry, chocolate and such. I was impressed with the variety of smoothie options. There were also guest enjoying their meals eating in. I ordered the fried catfish dinner (good portion) which was seasoned to perfection. For my sides I had collards and Mac&chs. Everything was delicious. I’m usually very particular with my foods as I cook a lot at home so I know good food and flavoring. Can’t wait to try something else at Tenny T’s New Day! By the way if you get fried fish ask for the prepared dipping sauce. They make it per your order if requested.”

She was so pleasant and made sure we didn't lack for anything. Prices are in-line with quality food and very generous portions. “My husband and I had the barbacoa, chicken, and costillas with rice, beans, and fresh corn tortillas and everything was really good! The meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the tortillas were definitely homemade.

It’s a true hole-in-the-wall spot nothing fancy, but the food is amazing. They also have a small shop inside and have pastries available, which makes it even more special.

Definitely a great spot for lunch or dinner. We will be going back again!”
