Notwithstanding its appelation, the fried white fish isn't greasy at all. It comes in a fine cornmeal coating and if I didn't know any better, I'd say it was air-fried. The crisp exterior kèeps that kind of fish soft and moist and really good. I've tried to prepare fish like that to no avail. One of the best lunches I've had in awhile...service was awesome, restaurant waa clean, food was fresh, drink was cold and cheesecake hit the spot...all while listening to old motown tunes with a few 90s hip hop songs to take ya down memory lane! Relaxing!
