“As I entered IHOP, I was greeted by Valencia. She was very courteous, and had a beautiful smile on her face. When she took me to my table, she stated that Jason would be my server. I was so pleased, because I remembered Jason from my last visit, probably about a month ago. Jason provided excellent service, including ensuring that I didn’t need anything. Jason is truly someone that you will find attentive, friendly, and very respectful. His kindness is contagious and inspiring. He is so attentive to each customer’s needs. Over the past year, I have visited IHOP a few times. Obviously, there is a great management team. As I was sitting at my table this morning, I was thinking about how amazing the service was at IHOP.
