“I’m from up north and had only been to a Waffle House while driving down to FL (typical NJ family tradition lol). Now that I live so close to one, I love being able to truly enjoy the atmosphere. The waitresses are always a delight and will keep you smiling. I stop by every so often during walks with my son. He has slept in here and also been in the restaurant smiling the whole time too. I love it.
Recently I got a burger with waffles on the side and when I came home, I used the waffles as a bun for the burger and omg… totally worth it. I’ll have to get a picture next time!“

“This is an amazing waffle house. I got the chocolate chip waffles with bacon. It was totally amazing. Our server whose name was Ford was an absolutely amazing person. Wonderful smile very friendly and kept my drink up full. The bathroom is also very clean.“

“We’ve been going to this location (near Ft Eustis) for years and our waitress, Mary, is outstanding! We always ask for her and she is always top-notch. She is the reason for all 5 star ratings. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!“

“Even though it was Father’s Day and IHOP was extremely busy, Deven really stood out because of her sense of urgency and positive attitude. She was upfront and let us know that there would be a wait before our food arrived, which we appreciated because it helped set our expectations. The food was good when it finally came out, and throughout the entire experience, Deven remained friendly, attentive, and professional. Thank you, Deven, for making a hectic holiday brunch enjoyable for our family. Great service goes a long way!“
