We have eaten there in the past and wasn't impressed at all, years ago. Thought we'd try it again. Pancakes were tough and tasteless. Ask for another batch and received the same. We love IHOP Norma but for sure will not go back to this location in Yorktown, VA.
The food is good - menu includes everything you usually get from IHOP. The service is good ands the place is clean with fair prices on the menu. If you decide to dine here on the weekend or during a holiday, expect a wait as the place is popular.Parking: There's plenty of parking. If you have difficulty finding a parking space, expect a wait.

Today was a very busy Sunday morning. It was hectic and there were many frustrating customers. I had the honor of having Letisha as my waitress. She was organized, calm, and classy during the rush of people. She also had a very good energy and smile on her face the whole time which made me feel welcome. She absolutely made my morning! :)
