I usually have positive experiences ordering from Domino's, but this time was disappointing. When I called with a question about my order, the employee who answered sounded uninterested and unwelcoming. When I asked if a small change could be made to my order, I was simply told, 'I can't.' without explanation or effort. Good customer service matters and, unfortunately, this left a negative impression. Short and direct. The food was fine, but the customer service was disappointing
Pizzas okay (hard to mess up pizza lets be honest) but the app never works, half the time I try to order from there the app wont let me checkout. Also, the store always look dirty and the employees have mediocre customer service & attitude
I love this domino's so much, the people are super nice in there. Ive waited for my food in there a couple times and had conversations with the cooks and people at the front and they were so easy to talk to and amazing personalities. I even asked them for suggestions on their favorite items to get and I got them, they did not disappoint by any means.
