i gave a person here a hundred dollar bill without knowing they shouldn’t take those. he gave me fully accurate change back after telling me he wasn’t sure if he had it in his car. I believe his name was james. As someone that’s worked in the service industry, i know there aren’t a lot of people like that out there. They did a great job! A++
I usually have positive experiences ordering from Domino's, but this time was disappointing. When I called with a question about my order, the employee who answered sounded uninterested and unwelcoming. When I asked if a small change could be made to my order, I was simply told, 'I can't.' without explanation or effort. Good customer service matters and, unfortunately, this left a negative impression. Short and direct. The food was fine, but the customer service was disappointing

Domino's Pizza in Grafton, Yorktown, is known for its exceptional staff who remember regular customers and accommodate special requests. The restaurant is always quick and pleasant, making it a great choice for a Friday evening pizza night or late-night cravings. While some quality issues have been noted, particularly with the chicken wings not having enough sauce, the pizzas remain consistent and flavorful. The hand-tossed pizzas, like pepperoni and bacon, ham and bacon, and Italian sausage and mushroom, are satisfying for fast-food pizza. Customers appreciate the affordability, especially with various coupons available, and many find the pan pizza with double pepperoni well done to be perfect every time. Despite some concerns about quality, the attentive service and fast delivery make this Domino's location a reliable option for a quick and budget-friendly meal.
