My dad ordered delivery on the app because he was sick and didn't want to drive. After over an hour of waiting, he called the store and the dude hung up on him. When he called them back, whatever manager he talked to did not seem to care. Still waiting as I write this review but I'm giving them 4 food stars because we order from here a lot and the pizza usually goes hard. But as someone who works in fast food I am surprised that they hung up on my dad mid sentence like that. That's unheard of where I work.

Yummy hot fresh pizza and the best hot and spicy pineapple chicken
Ordered a thin crust large pizza with Italian sausage for pickup picked it up and no sauce no sausage. Pretty much flat bread. Worst pizza I’ve ever had !Parking: Park on my nuts !

Was very disappointed with the pizza and service. I always order my daughter chesse and bacon thin crust and my nephew the thin crust chicken and spinach alfredo pizza because they don't like the big crust. However, this time, it was the worst. No sauce on the pizza, barely any cheese, was a dry cracker with some topping on it. When I called to get it, remade and gave these pizzas back. I was told that's how it is, and it costs more to get the chicken alfredo redone . It's going to be the same, and I told him I have never had the pizza this poorly made. I'm very disappointed ? after this.was told all they can do is give a credit of $10. However, that dont fix the problem or the amount i paid. I honestly just wanted what i ordered done correctly, i won't be ordering from here anytime soon, and if I do, it won't be my money I waste on it anymore.

Last week I ordered food from this location. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, the Garlic Bread Twists had no garlic seasoning on them, they were just bread twists, and the pizza was cut 3 times, making six slices instead of eight (four normal slices, and two 1/4 pizza slices). They literally forgot to slice the pizza one more time. On top of that, the 3 cuts I did get were so poorly done that there was a triangle cutout in the middle of the pizza. Any one thing I would just shrug off and say "sh!t happens", but all three at once had me calling to complain. When the employee picked up, he asked if I would mind being put on hold and immediately put me on hold before I could possibly answer. When he came back, I asked to speak to a manager. The employee told me he was the manager. I told him my issues, then he asked me to hang on while he went to talk to the manager. When he came back, he offered to credit my account $25. I called looking for any offer of recompense, and this qualified, so I accepted. I logged on today to take advantage of my credit, only to find I never got it. So I'm done with this location.

I gave glowing reviews to this Dominoes through 2022 NOW DONT ORDER they're rude, refused to check or explain why my order said I owed cash payment when I'd paid with my card. The poor driver wasn't trained in cyst service nor to handle such a situation & certainly nothing extra or even generous toppings , a bit burned chicken, bacon ranch; again just bare minimum! as Before they were always helpful& friendly on phone, when delivering, well prepared with more than ample or ordinary toppings they took Pride in their work & quality pizzas from manager to phone, yo preparer &'drivers! I got my usual 2 topping medium pizza special &' chicken bacon ranch & I earned rewards &'used them! the chicken bacon plus rewards plus free pizza after 10!Tonight I arrived home late so ordered online &'they didn't seem to have my information straight anymore; the food came in ok Time, not piping hot, scant toppings ( they always used to add extras (at least online) the driver took Awhile to get here & wasOk, quiet, not outgoing, not particularly dressed to make an impression like the others used to look like cute well dressed friendly college kids & maybe knew I'd review & were nice on phone & extra on toppings with bosses approval/ encouragement!Tonight after long drive it arrived cold with scant toppings; some burnt edges on chicken bacon ranch& minimal sauce & toppings pizza. I gave driver the tip anyway &'he said I owed $20.00 now $4.25 delivery fee plus tip. I called to complain & guy just said nope says you owe $20,00 rounded up; I tried to question him & he hung up! DONT EVER GO TO OR ORDER FTOM DOMINOES GRAFTON UNDER CURRENT MANAGEMENT POORLY TRAINED, No customer service, barely adequate toppings cold on arrival!Bring back The previous man's management & well prepared not scant &'well Trained, friendly, polite employees! Domino's is the go-to pizza chain for us. Sadly, the quality has gone down, but it is still a reliable place to go for cheap pizza. We ordered three medium two-topping pizzas, all hand-tossed: one with pepperoni and bacon, one with ham and bacon, and one with Italian sausage and mushroom ($6.99 each).They were all as delicious as they could be for fast-food pizza. They always come out the same way when we order them, and they all give off the classic taste you would expect from Domino's. As good as fast-food pizza can be, these pizzas are still lackluster. The marinara sauce is too sweet for liking and the dough could use some work. It is too chewy and bland. For some reason, they don't put as much garlic butter glaze on the crust as before, and I'm left disappointed. But at the same time, we're not paying top dollar for these pizzas, so all is good.Overall, Domino's is the most affordable pizza place you can order from since they give you so many coupons. They downgraded their OP coupon that was a large three-topping pizza for $7.99 to a large one-topping pizza for $7.99. Regardless, the quality has gone down over the past years. But for this place in particular, the staff is always on point, and it is one of the better Domino's you can find.

Stay far away from this location. Staff is rude and would not refund or make a new pizza for my family and I when our pizza that was delivered was super greasy and it literally looked like it was store brought. Staff kept hanging up on me. Stay away!

This Domino's has the most friendly and welcoming staff. I frequent this establishment many times a month, they are so hospitable and make me feel accepted. (Even after a crazy night at Busch). Yes, Domino's has great deals, but it's the staff at the Grafton Station location that keep me coming back.

Last week I ordered food from this location.
