“Shout out to Jordan's Pizza for a delicious dinner tonight. I had one of those days where making a home cooked meal was the absolute last thing on my mind. Kids voted for pizza but I've been pretty unhappy with Marcos lately. Googled nearby delivery and their reviews seemed great. They're in Lackey off Old Willamsburg Rd. The pies were fantastic!I Big slices, New York style crust, and the sauce was perfect! Not too sweet and just the right consistency. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 We also got a baked ziti which came with a side salad and garlic knots. It was more than enough for two people to share and came to us nice and hot. We will definitely be ordering from them again!!“

“This is my fourth visit to this location in the last Year and it has totally changed the way I view Pizza Hut brand. The food quality is exceptional. The staff is very polite, and my orders are always prepared in a timely manner. Going forward, I will be visiting this location at least once a month.“

Ive waited for my food in there a couple times and had conversations with the cooks and people at the front and they were so easy to talk to and amazing personalities. If you don't like friendly customer service, don't talk to Mike. He will make sure to try and get you what you want and then some. And... if you like to search for donut filling this is not the place for you. It is not possible to not get some in every bite. If you are weak, bring a friend to help you carry these absurdly heavy, heavenly things. But if you do, you will risk having to share with them, so choose your person wisely. So bottom line that no thanks to you, I have found my new favorite donut shop ❤️ Well done guys! I'm so glad you are not on the way to my work as I would surely struggle to not stop there daily!“

“I have been here quite a few times and it is always AMAZING! the salad is perfect and out of our group of 4 people EVERY dish was perfect! Normally I don’t eat a lot or enjoy sit down restaurants but this place is amazing. I love how fresh the food tastes, it always comes out hot and the people there that own and work there are the nicest people you will meet. Great portion sizes, quick and amazing service. Honestly it has been for years and is still my favorite resteraunt. Also the fried chicken wing appetizer was surprisingly the best fried chicken I have ever had so I definitely recommend it. The vegetarian options are also delicious if you prefer. Seriously I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“I ordered pizzas from Cosco for my daughter’s bday. At the time of the birthday party when it was time to pick them up, they didn’t have a single one ready. I called this papa John’s and they had me 10 pizzas ready in about 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe it they saved the day. Thank you to you and your staff for helping me feed 20 hungry kids in so pinch. Great pizzas too, thank you !!“

“We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.“

“We had a great dinner at Joe and Mimma’s. The atmosphere is quiet, family-style, and old-school Italian in the best way. It is easy to see why they have been in business for more than 50 years.

Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish.

Everything we ordered was delicious, including Caesar salads, garlic knots, baked ziti, and especially the penne alla vodka with chicken, which was the standout of the meal. Portions were generous and the quality of the food was excellent.

Pricing felt fair and realistic for both the quality and quantity of food we received.

“Since they have opened this location, we have eaten there almost every week. The staff are friendly and quick with orders. Everything we have ordered has been top quality, would be nice to have some pepperoni hot n' ready pizzas available but it's not going to stop me from coming back, that's for sure!“

“I doubt this review will be seen, but I must say that this is hands down the best pizza in the city of Newport News. The quality is always amazing and so is the service. What pushed me to write a review today was the interaction I had with one of the members of staff. I unfortunately forgot to ask his name but today (1/29/26 @ approx. noon) he wore a grey hat, grey sweater, and black pants. We had a very enthralling conversation about the Hello Kitty creator and general art things once he mentioned my hoodie. I hope that I run into him again. Amazing food and people working there 😊“

“This location is consistently fresh and delicious. It has become our go to when we just want a solid pizza that we know isn't going to be a dice roll on quality. The people who work here are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and we've never had a bad experience ordering here. It's also consistently under $30 for 4 pizzas for pickup, which is really good with today's prices.“

At first i would always receive my order as requested, however the last few months they have been ignoring the garlic and romasean crust ON ALL MY ORDERS. When we ask them about it, the attitude and the lack of responsibility in wanting to correct the issue is too much.“
