If you don't like friendly customer service, don't talk to Mike. He will make sure to try and get you what you want and then some. And... if you like to search for donut filling this is not the place for you. It is not possible to not get some in every bite. If you are weak, bring a friend to help you carry these absurdly heavy, heavenly things. But if you do, you will risk having to share with them, so choose your person wisely. So bottom line that no thanks to you, I have found my new favorite donut shop ❤️ Well done guys! I'm so glad you are not on the way to my work as I would surely struggle to not stop there daily!“

“This review goes to the driver of the Warwick location. Our order was taking longer than usual. When he got here, he was gracious and sincere. His extra special care erased all of the negative feelings. It wasn’t his fault but he made himself accountable for the time delay. Great worker!“

“I dropped by the other day for a quick bite to go, and picked up a sausage roll … and man oh man was it fantastic!!! The workers were wonderful and the food was incredible!!!! “Had lunch here for the first time today. Met a group of old friends. The wait staff was very attentive and accommodating to all of us. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their selections and most of us had enough that we had to take some home. One even ordered more food to go. We will definitely go back. “I doubt this review will be seen, but I must say that this is hands down the best pizza in the city of Newport News. The quality is always amazing and so is the service. What pushed me to write a review today was the interaction I had with one of the members of staff. I unfortunately forgot to ask his name but today (1/29/26 @ approx. noon) he wore a grey hat, grey sweater, and black pants. We had a very enthralling conversation about the Hello Kitty creator and general art things once he mentioned my hoodie. I hope that I run into him again. Amazing food and people working there 😊“

“We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.“

“Haneen greeted and directed us to a table. The atmosphere here is akin to a family dining room with Italian accents. We came on a Friday night and was surprised that it was not too busy.

I enjoyed chicken strips and chicken and dumpling soup for appetizer and the soprano meal with side salad and bread for dinner. My husband enjoyed the garlic knots and Italian burger sub with onion rings.

For dessert we had the chocolate fudge cake and carrot cake with coffee.

High stars all around. The food was hot and well presented with a generous portion.

The prices were great!

James was the chef and came out to check on us and greeted us and told us a little of his history and experience which just added to the meals enjoyment!“

“Since they have opened this location, we have eaten there almost every week. The staff are friendly and quick with orders. Everything we have ordered has been top quality, would be nice to have some pepperoni hot n' ready pizzas available but it's not going to stop me from coming back, that's for sure!“

“Was walkin about around town and met the owner outside the store, He was very friendly tho spoke little English inviting me in. So I decided to try the place out, yes tho it may be off to the side and in a hidden part of town to me at least. The Pizza was great took only a little bit for it to be prepared, it tasted delicious, especially for its price. Plan to revisit due to how close it is to the barracks.“

“I would've given 5 stars, but 4 is more reasonable. Came in to get food for pickup. When we pull up, lobby is BARE! 1 folding chair and that's it. We ordered our food, lady was nice about it. Food is reasonably priced. Fiance ordered a pizza with ham, black olive, pepperoni. Instead of black olive, he got mushroom. He called the restaurant to fix it. Since it was a pickup, they wanted us to come back to pick it up. Mind you, we live about 6 miles away. So instead, we got a $15 store credit. We will come back as it is good. Check your food before leaving though“

“I needed to find a caterer for my classes 50th reunion. Mose worked with me to select a menu that was perfect and met our every need. Classmates are still telling me how much they enjoyed the food. Thank you to the entire Vinny’s staff for doing an exceptional job for us!“

“For a pizza place connected to a movie theater, I was thinking theme park quality, at best. Instead, this beats any major pizza chain--the 'za was actually damn good! You'd have to go to a good local place to do any better. Pictured is "the kitchen sink".“

“I would like to shout out the young man that was working the morning of February 13th. I called to the store and the young man that answered was very helpful. what had happened was y’all‘s Competition that starts with a D. Promised me that they could fulfill my needs. But when I called they said if I needed delivery it would be delivered in an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. I had 16 three-year-olds waiting for pizza to be delivered. But I wanna thanks the young men at Papa John’s for making my three-year-olds happy.“

At first i would always receive my order as requested, however the last few months they have been ignoring the garlic and romasean crust ON ALL MY ORDERS. When we ask them about it, the attitude and the lack of responsibility in wanting to correct the issue is too much.“

I would say that the business needs a little maintenance, there are already some things that are deteriorated and for a franchise as big as Litter Caesars.“

The people who work here are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and we've never had a bad experience ordering here. It's also consistently under $30 for 4 pizzas for pickup, which is really good with today's prices.“
