“The doughnuts are always wonderful but the customer service is so amazing. The gentleman that helped us first was so patient and helpful and the nice lady that boxes our dozen raspberry doughnuts was an absolute sweetheart. Would give 6/5 stars if possible. They are all so friendly and welcoming“

“Staff are pleasant and agreeable. Drinks are made with confidence, precision and speed, showing a knowledge of the menu that can be lacking at other stores.
The atmosphere is really cute being a small corner store in the middle of a shopping center.
Food is also made well and they are willing to make reasonable accommodations on a food item to adjust for personal preference.“

“UPDATE: The new staff is much more kind. Specifically the blonde girl (sorry I haven’t caught your name) who works on Sundays and most days I am there is always on time, ready, and consistent! Most times she knows who the order is for when I order and she’s always ready. DUNKIN PLEASE ALLOW TIPPING IN THE APP I NEVER HAVE CASH AND I FEEL BAD!!!!!
The people here are extremely rude and they are always out of everything. Came to the window and heard nothing but one of the people cussing up a storm in there. It sounded like she was talking about customers too. Not to mention every time we come here they are out of everything half of the time. No common sense here.“

“Dunkin is Dunkin, consistent with their product. The seating area wasn't inviting, looked like they had cleaned that area and didn't put the chairs and tables back. The woman taking our order seem to be new which isn't a demerit on the store , we understand those things . Very impressed that the others behind the counter were always listening and taking up her Slack.“

“I ordered yesterday for pickup this morning and when I arrived, the donuts were ready and FRESH! They were puffy and delicious, and they didn’t taste “fake” like Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispy Kreme’s. This shop is far from where I live but I came out this way to treat myself for Mother’s Day and I’m so glad I did. Thanks for providing great customer service and an excellent product! Will come back!“

“Do not get the sample dozen box if you don't want to be plagued with learning that what you thought was your favorite donut is not because you've tried something new! If you don't like friendly customer service, don't talk to Mike. He will make sure to try and get you what you want and then some. And... if you like to search for donut filling this is not the place for you. It is not possible to not get some in every bite. If you are weak, bring a friend to help you carry these absurdly heavy, heavenly things. But if you do, you will risk having to share with them, so choose your person wisely. So bottom line that no thanks to you, I have found my new favorite donut shop ❤️ Well done guys! I'm so glad you are not on the way to my work as I would surely struggle to not stop there daily!“
