“Best doughnuts you will ever have.“

“Dangerous place - everything (burgers, fries, donuts) is awesome!“

“I’m a bit disappointed! I came to get ice cream and funnel cake. The kitchen was already closed, well before the listed closing time and the cost of the ice cream for a single scoop was shocking. I know y’all have good food but I will be reconsidering coming back. 🥺“

“Lovely location, great customer service, the hot honey butter biscuit and cheddar tots were amazing!“

“Amazing desserts and pastries with a great atmosphere.“

“Delicious place first tome going today and I really liked it the pineapple green tea Nata jelly was super good. I’ll be going back for more.“

“Yoooooo. When y’all order cold foam drinks, especially mobile order, and take a little bit of extra time to get to your cup- your foam has melted into your drink thus creating an illusion of a half-full cup. When you order curbside if your car is obstructed by pillars, is in the incorrect parking spot, or we’re simply tied up and doing our best- it is difficult to see your car. Often, cars are not labeled properly and we’re doing our best to decipher user/app inputs. We’re a small crew in the midst of management change and with direct, dignified communication you can help us make your experience better. We’re humans yall, including yall. Lol. Peace ✌“

“Amazing food and staff“

“Too busy…………………………………………..“

“It’s June 9th I ordered donuts slightly before 7 and I don’t know who’s on shift but those were amongst some of the freshest and well tasting donuts I’ve had from any Dunkin’. Not only did they taste good they looked good . As a cook and manager myself I was proud. Wish I could’ve left some pictures but they didn’t last that long .“

“I had a really nice experience at this Dunkin' on Ridgefield Parkway in Richmond. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was pleasant from start to finish. My coffee was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I ordered it.

The location is convenient, and the store has a nice, clean atmosphere. It's always appreciated when you can stop for a simple cup of coffee and receive good customer service along with it.

Overall, a great Dunkin' with friendly employees, good coffee, and a positive experience. I'd definitely stop here again whenever I'm in the area!“

“Every time I drive through or go in you have to wait. The last time I ordered ahead, went through the drive thru gave my name and was told, not asked, to wait. I waited for over 5 minutes. Never told to pull around or anything. When I pulled up, I was handed my order. Very bad service“

“Came around 5:45 yesterday evening, a nice young lady was running back & forth to make drinks, take orders, drive thru & grab donuts. Never in my 72 years! I asked if no one was helping her though she was stressed she answered that her co-worker was in the back doing the “Important Stuff”. I am very impressed and Pleased.“

“We stopped by to buy 2 1/2 dozen donuts for the Massey Cancer Center for the radiology staff. Tomorrow is our last day of scheduled radiation treatments. The Krispy Kreme staff was outstanding on the speed of filling our order of HOT donut order. I love this place. (We had some hot donuts for us too.)“
