This is my regular Dunkin’ - I always do an online order, and they always have it ready by the time I get to the window. Very rarely is there more than a two car wait to get my order. They almost always get my order right which is saying something these days.
We've been frequenting this Dunkin Donuts since it opened and usually we are not disappointed. There is hardly ever a line and they always got our orders right and everything was delicious. Until this morning. I ordered a medium hot latte, plain. I received a (gross) medium black coffee with the lid not completely on... burnt my hand getting it in the drink holder.
