The are sooo stingy with sugar and cream in your coffee and when you ask them for more they only give you 3 packets you look better going somewhere else for coffee. The bagel they are sooo sloppy and throw so much cream cheese on there like they don’t

Bridgeta is the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Her unnecessary and extremely provocative attitude is the most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed. It's pathetic. Not getting any more of my money that's for sure.
Extremely rude young lady, with bright brown green hazel eyes. I came from next-door after one of my employees ordered a drink, and it was made wrong twice to see if I could get the drink remade for them and the young lady was rude and she said no. She said you gotta take it back and go talk to them because you drank half of it. Then as I’m walking out she gets rude and starts talking trash about me and my team. Being a manager myself I’d never speak about a customer as they’re walking out, I mentioned to her maybe she shouldn’t do that and she waved her hand at me and said something in a rude tone of voice I didn’t catch. Never once dealt with this rude of service from a Dunkin store.
