Amanda the youg lady who was working the drive-thru window, provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was incredibly polite, cheerful, friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Amanda is exactly the kind of person you hope to see first thing in the morning. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day better. “these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“
