“SO happy Great Harvest is open again. The new ownership is fantastic and so welcoming. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. And of course, the food was superb. The menu is the same (SO happy about that!) but it feels elevated, and more thoughtful now. Absolutely thrilled to have Great Harvest back and better than ever, and we can’t wait to go back!“

“A little on the pricey side but food was so good, its like I cooked it myself. I was very surprised and happy about that. Usually going out to eat isn't as good as home-cooked meals. Staff was very friendly and even though its not sanitary in my opinion, they have a sitting area with a bunch of children's books and toys for little ones. They even printed out holiday themed menus for children with coloring page on the back. We plan on coming here again.“

“I’m close to 70 years old and have tried many coffee roasters. This is the place I come to every time my supply runs low. I have tried about 10 different beans from this roaster. I keep coming back to Colombian because if it’s chocolatey, complex flavor. I usually combine it with a small amount of Sumatra bean to give it a little more smoky spice flavor.I don’t use a fancy machine to produce coffee. In fact, I gave my espresso machine to my son. For the past two years, I’ve used the, “clever dripper.“ The combination of Carytown coffee beans, and the clever dripper is heaven on earth. Lori and Annie know what they are doing. Once you try these beans, you won’t go anywhere else.“

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience this morning at the Dunkin Donuts on Hall St! Amanda the youg lady who was working the drive-thru window, provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was incredibly polite, cheerful, friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Amanda is exactly the kind of person you hope to see first thing in the morning. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day better. In today’s world, outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Your store should be honored to have an employee like Amanda representing your business.

“I am a daily Starbucks visitor and I have been to many locations. This one is by far my Favorite. I pass two other locations on my way to work But choose to stop at this one because of the friendly staff and everyone seems to care about my coffee being correct(Because I’m picky about my coffee!)“

As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“

“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“
