“I love this location so much, the drinks are always a 10/10 but a few of the employees are not up to the 7brew customer service standard. I understand a card reader not working but you don’t need to have a bad attitude about it infront of the customer“

“We went on a beautiful day after a call! Got one of the energy drinks and it was great, but I was craving my partners coffee after she let me try a sip so I went back and got one of those the next day.

The staff was nice and good at explaining the menu for a first time 7 Brewer like me.

“Excellent expresso beans. Many other varieties if you are interested. You walk into the front door and you are awashed in the sweet smell of beans roasting....hard not to take your beans home immediately and brew your cup. The expresso bean in particular are great for expresso..Cafe Americano...Latte...or any other of your favorites.“

“Great variety of drinks and flavoring options. Had the matcha latte with cloud 9 flavor. Asked for no additional sugar to be added, but still a little too sweet for me. Drive through only, but they have some parking spots and I walked up to the door to order. Friendly staff.“

“A little on the pricey side but food was so good, its like I cooked it myself. I was very surprised and happy about that. Usually going out to eat isn't as good as home-cooked meals. Staff was very friendly and even though its not sanitary in my opinion, they have a sitting area with a bunch of children's books and toys for little ones. They even printed out holiday themed menus for children with coloring page on the back. We plan on coming here again.“

“SO happy Great Harvest is open again. The new ownership is fantastic and so welcoming. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. And of course, the food was superb. The menu is the same (SO happy about that!) but it feels elevated, and more thoughtful now. Absolutely thrilled to have Great Harvest back and better than ever, and we can’t wait to go back!“

“Noticed Dunkin’ is now doing the same thing Starbucks does — holding the card reader out and asking for a tip. Honestly, it feels a bit out of place for a quick-service donut shop. I’m all for supporting great service, but the tipping prompt slows down a grab-and-go stop and doesn’t quite fit the Dunkin’ vibe. My drink was good though.“

“I decided to stop in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Love the atmosphere and aroma and service was friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast sandwich. It was overheated and therefore rubbery as well as very messy with the amount of oil in the packaging.
I will definitely get coffee again but will skip the food.“

“This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in or near Westchester. Customer service rates above 5 stars and beverage accuracy is up there too. NOTE While there is also a stand alone store in this shopping center their parking is horrific and customer service is merely okay.“

Frank, the general manager was incredibly nice and came and talked with us and made sure everything was perfect! Would highly recommend this place over cracker barrell and others !! “You can tell that there is some unrest in the company. The employees deserve better than what Startbucks is doing to them. Their tomato and mozzarella sandwich looks delicious, but when I ordered it, it looked nothing like the picture, and tasted like it was frozen, and rubbery bread.“

“these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“
