The employees are always so kind and communicative. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and when I came back, they took the time to explain the menu and give me recommendations. Honestly, I keep coming back because of the staff. They’re so personable and welcoming, and it’s refreshing to see employees who genuinely seem to enjoy interacting with their customers.
Outstanding experience staff is the best by far we visit the Midlothian location almost daily. Scale of 1-10 a clear 15
Super friendly, helped my kid pick out a drink when she had literally NO IDEA what she wanted.

7 Brew Coffee is known for its great coffee and amazing drinks, including a great-tasting energy drink with many flavor options. The employees are super friendly with great vibes and provide fast service, offering better value than Starbucks. The drive-thru design, however, is described as a nightmare with difficult traffic flow. The crew is also noted for being helpful and caring in a difficult situation.
