“What a GREAT way to start a Cold breezy morning in Richmond VA. I walked in craving a warm Peppermint Hot Mocha. The moment I opened the door I was immediately greeted with smiles across all staff. The Store manager Anthony had the biggest smile and welcomed me. He took my ordered while multiple tasking the drive thru (impressive, I must say) I didn’t feel ignored and he even complimented my outfit. Boy! Did that make my morning. He took my order and his staff made it in a timely manner. But that’s not all! It’s something about knowing the staff is happy to make your drinks, she was smiling the entire time.
