“Not bad... quick service, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their "Dark roast coffee" is not a dark roast. (They might call it dark, but is not) But still a quick service coffee place for us in fort Lee.“

“I can't bring my self to leave lower stars on a small business... I suppose this place is great for Chesterfield, but it would never stay in business in Richmond. I went to order a bagel and latte. They don't have simple syrup—not a big deal. I go to order the bagel—the price listed on their electronic board is 18% lower that what they rung it up at (the boards price INCLUDED cream cheese, but he rung it up with that as a base price, with an additional charge for cream cheese). The cashier didn't apologize when I brought it up and instead just grunted something about that this is the price.
When I got my latte it was scalding hot—far hotter than a latte should ever be. My tongue is still feeling burnt.
I connected to the wifi but there was no internet. I used my hotspot, which it appears some others were doing as well based on the other phone networks.
Overall it's a comforting and relaxed place. But more of a mom and pop coffee shop/breakfast place than a satisfying, dialed-in, 3rd wave coffee shop experience.“

“A gem!
This curated atmosphere brings a sense of calm and wonder to a re-envisioned bus station. As a frequent traveler on route 460 I relish and finding stops that are comfy, cozy, and well cultured. I appreciate the indoor aesthetic and was happy to find that they offer oatmilk and almond milk at the coffee bar. I highly recommend stopping in to support this local business. It’s a very small detour when passing through Petersburg.

“Came through on saturday. The woman taking my order was nice and helped me decide on a drink lol. Madeline handed me my coffee, asked how my day was and made rlly easy going small talk that made my experience rlly nice. Will definitely be going back regularly because of that!“
“I got the Trempe desserts and I couldn't be more impressed. There was a little inconsistency with the photos from online but only visual. The mango was supposed to be glazed and the pistachio cake frosting was flat instead of zigzagged but when I tell you I was taken to another planet with these flavors 🤣. They were INCREDIBLE. Each component having its own unique flavor but together even better. Loved it. Worth every penny.“

“This place is a five out of five. Stumbled across we it today while in Hopewell and Google searched coffee nearby. Blew my mind!!! Food was amazing, tasty, and fresh. Wish I had ordered more. I got the chorizo bacon and superb!!! Carrot cake second to none!!! Cafe drink...AMAZING...put Starbucks to shame. Will definitely be going back weekly!!!“

“This is the new starbucks. And they have truly mastered turning Banks into coffee shop. This one has a fireplace cozy seating the staff is very friendly and super fast and I will say they do make better coffee mixtures than the other two Starbucks that I also very much like“

“This Starbucks is in an building that was previously in a bank. The drinks are great Starbucks quality. This Starbucks seems to get a fair amount of traffic as they were out of the sugar cookie frap. I went through the drive through for this visit. With exception for the potholes exiting the drive through the environment could be improved. Overall service was friendly and Starbucks beverages were above average“

“The staff yesterday was amazing. Thank YOU guys for listening/ caring/ and giving my sweet pup, Ranger a pupcup. He loves them so much. The staff asked for photos because I told them how much he enjoys the weekly Starbucks pupcups.. They gave him an additional one. It's the small things. You guys truly made my day. Thank you so much. Customer service at its best. 15/10 experience. The best Starbucks to go to in the area.“
“Even though there's usually quite the line at this location they are exceptionally courteous and always take care of their customers with the utmost caring concern for them during that 5 minutes that you're interacting with them always something new to try coming out throughout the different seasons so even though they tend to sell out quick there's usually something always pretty good to pick from if you're looking for something you to try. I would definitely recommend this location it's the one I go to.“

And I usually don't give 5 stars for all Food, Service and Atmosphere.
But I think it's safe to say that this place has it all.
The employee's make me feel so alive in the morning with there warm enthusiastic energy.
And to be honest I need that.
They really start my day with such a huge impact.
So thank you Dunkin, for making my fast food experience feel like Christmas morning breakfast! 🖤“
