The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—without ever being pushy. They take the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and keep things moving efficiently, which isn’t always easy during busy times.

You can tell there’s a strong team culture here. It makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable every time.

Although it's a smaller locale and cramped in a very small lot, I've witnessed the employees striving to meet the demand, always with a good attitude and friendly smile.
The service alone (aside from the drinks, made with love ❤️) keeps me coming back to this place.

“I always stop in for my before work coffee. I am sad to give only 4 stars. They are sometimes out of some of my favorite donuts, and maybe a milk or two. They are superbly friendly, Mho's smile always helps my work day start bright. My Favorite Dunkin'.“

“The drive through wrapped around the building and blocked the handicap parking which I did not like at all.. but the line was steady and moving so not to much of a long wait. Greeted and ask what I would like promptly as I pulled to the menu. Paying and getting food took no time at all...I did a quick quality check and tried to do a quantity check as well.. but they put all the food in one bag so I thought I had everything... but I noticed when i got home they missed 1 burger. I truly think it was a honest mistake but nonetheless I wanted my food. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. I waited and tried to call back, still no answer.. they are busy for lunch, like extremely. But someone should answer the phone. I might try them again in a few months.“

“We can in just to do an estimate at this location for some work. I came in and immediately felt like family here. Something I’ve never seen at 100 other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Both the managers and Employe’s were all extremely friendly and courteous. This is probably my favorite McDonald’s anywhere near the tri city area. Check this place out. Foods fresh and cooked properly. No messed up order no nonsense. Perfect McDonald’s.“
