“I stopped by on Father's Day, and it was clear this team was working under challenging conditions and likely short-staffed. Despite that, everyone worked together incredibly well, stayed efficient, and remained patient and friendly with customers.
What stood out most was the cashier's kindness and teamwork. When we offered him a tip, he put it in the shared tip container and said the others needed it more than he did. That level of selflessness and support for his coworkers speaks volumes about the character of this team.
Thank you all for your hard work and excellent customer service, especially on a busy holiday. It did not go unnoticed! 🍩👏“

“This is hands the best McDonalds I’ve ever been too. It’s clean, the staff is super helpful and the food always slaps. Every time I go in the drive thru the lady at the first window always ask how my day is and tells me she’s too blessed to be stressed. That warm embrace is everything. I highly recommend they won’t let you down. It’s my go too.“

“We can in just to do an estimate at this location for some work. I came in and immediately felt like family here. Something I’ve never seen at 100 other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Both the managers and Employe’s were all extremely friendly and courteous. This is probably my favorite McDonald’s anywhere near the tri city area. Check this place out. Foods fresh and cooked properly. No messed up order no nonsense. Perfect McDonald’s.“

This curated atmosphere brings a sense of calm and wonder to a re-envisioned bus station. As a frequent traveler on route 460 I relish and finding stops that are comfy, cozy, and well cultured. I appreciate the indoor aesthetic and was happy to find that they offer oatmilk and almond milk at the coffee bar. I highly recommend stopping in to support this local business. It’s a very small detour when passing through Petersburg.

“I can't bring my self to leave lower stars on a small business... I suppose this place is great for Chesterfield, but it would never stay in business in Richmond. I went to order a bagel and latte. They don't have simple syrup—not a big deal. I go to order the bagel—the price listed on their electronic board is 18% lower that what they rung it up at (the boards price INCLUDED cream cheese, but he rung it up with that as a base price, with an additional charge for cream cheese). The cashier didn't apologize when I brought it up and instead just grunted something about that this is the price.
When I got my latte it was scalding hot—far hotter than a latte should ever be. My tongue is still feeling burnt.
I connected to the wifi but there was no internet. I used my hotspot, which it appears some others were doing as well based on the other phone networks.
Overall it's a comforting and relaxed place. But more of a mom and pop coffee shop/breakfast place than a satisfying, dialed-in, 3rd wave coffee shop experience.“
