“I stopped by Dunkin’ this morning around 7:40 AM and had such a pleasant experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, soft-spoken, and welcoming. It was honestly such a nice way to start the morning, especially that early!
The location was also very clean and well kept, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a calm, friendly atmosphere. Whoever was working this morning deserves some recognition thank you for making my morning a little better! ☕💕“

“This is hands the best McDonalds I’ve ever been too. It’s clean, the staff is super helpful and the food always slaps. Every time I go in the drive thru the lady at the first window always ask how my day is and tells me she’s too blessed to be stressed. That warm embrace is everything. I highly recommend they won’t let you down. It’s my go too.“

“We can in just to do an estimate at this location for some work. I came in and immediately felt like family here. Something I’ve never seen at 100 other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Both the managers and Employe’s were all extremely friendly and courteous. This is probably my favorite McDonald’s anywhere near the tri city area. Check this place out. Foods fresh and cooked properly. No messed up order no nonsense. Perfect McDonald’s.“

“I can't bring my self to leave lower stars on a small business... I suppose this place is great for Chesterfield, but it would never stay in business in Richmond. I went to order a bagel and latte. They don't have simple syrup—not a big deal. I go to order the bagel—the price listed on their electronic board is 18% lower that what they rung it up at (the boards price INCLUDED cream cheese, but he rung it up with that as a base price, with an additional charge for cream cheese). The cashier didn't apologize when I brought it up and instead just grunted something about that this is the price.
When I got my latte it was scalding hot—far hotter than a latte should ever be. My tongue is still feeling burnt.
I connected to the wifi but there was no internet. I used my hotspot, which it appears some others were doing as well based on the other phone networks.
Overall it's a comforting and relaxed place. But more of a mom and pop coffee shop/breakfast place than a satisfying, dialed-in, 3rd wave coffee shop experience.“

“The historic Trailway bus station is now an amazing Yemeni-infused coffee/pastry shop and cigar lounge. The atmosphere is warm and inviting while keeping its historic character intact. The staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent recommendations. The owner often interacts with patrons and takes pride in an excellent experience. Everything I’ve tried has kept me coming back for more. This is a welcomed addition to Petersburgs ever-growing food scene.“

“A Hidden Gem for Coffee Lovers! Everyone greets you with a friendly face and genuine conversations. Pastries are to die for, Homer Simpson doughnut is delicious! I love the ambiance of the store and the fresh brew coffee smells so comforting and inviting! The drip brew coffee tastes great. My personal favorite is the Bloody Valentine! It has white chocolate, cherry and red velvet flavors, it's so sweet creamy delicious and pairs with the bold espresso wonderfully!
