I got a 6 piece nugget and a small fry with a double cheeseburger. The burger was good. The nuggets tasted like they have been sitting in the warmer for way too long. They looked dried up. Taste for the nuggets was old. Fries did not taste right it might be the oil or something. McDonald’s is a place where you have to be consistent with the food. Employees should be following the times and not handing out food that’s way past due. Unacceptable.
Arlyse & Jaelen at the colonial Heights VA location were outstanding!!! I took my grandson for lunch and they made our experience fantastic!!! Both are ALLSTARS in the customer service world, they are keepers!!! Thank you both for making out visit so great!!!

Forgetting the meat on sandwiches several times. How does that happen? Thugs working the night shift. Too busy laughing into the mic to hear an order.For every 5 orders 3 will be incorrect.Once I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they didn't have sausage on them but gave me 3 hashbrowns I didn't ask for. Completely stunned by the backwardness.Verdict. Use the touch screen kiosk inside. The drive through is incompetent.
