“I’m close to 70 years old and have tried many coffee roasters. This is the place I come to every time my supply runs low. I have tried about 10 different beans from this roaster. I keep coming back to Colombian because if it’s chocolatey, complex flavor. I usually combine it with a small amount of Sumatra bean to give it a little more smoky spice flavor.I don’t use a fancy machine to produce coffee. In fact, I gave my espresso machine to my son. For the past two years, I’ve used the, “clever dripper.“ The combination of Carytown coffee beans, and the clever dripper is heaven on earth. Lori and Annie know what they are doing. Once you try these beans, you won’t go anywhere else.“

“SO happy Great Harvest is open again. The new ownership is fantastic and so welcoming. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. “I decided to stop in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Love the atmosphere and aroma and service was friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast sandwich. It was overheated and therefore rubbery as well as very messy with the amount of oil in the packaging.
I will definitely get coffee again but will skip the food.“

“This Starbucks is pretty great, but PLEASE stop putting the green tape on iced coffee lids that are for to-go orders. We order often to-go and removing this tape leaves an awful glue residue that makes it hard or almost impossible to drink.“

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience this morning at the Dunkin Donuts on Hall St! Amanda the youg lady who was working the drive-thru window, provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was incredibly polite, cheerful, friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Amanda is exactly the kind of person you hope to see first thing in the morning. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day better. In today’s world, outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Your store should be honored to have an employee like Amanda representing your business.

“My experience at Starbucks was great overall. The atmosphere was very clean and comfortable, with private, family-style bathrooms and convenient phone charging available. The service was fast and thoughtful they even remembered my name from an earlier order and encouraged me to use my Starbucks Rewards card, which was a nice touch. The new Ube Coconut Macchiato was amazing, and I really enjoyed the early 2000s music playing. 2. Japanese Curry Bun
3. Savory Chicken Sandwich
4. Milk tea

I enjoyed the savory chicken sandwich the most it was soooo good! The Japanese curry was good. The red bean bun is not what I thought it would be, but it is okay. They were very generous with the Boba and the milk tea was delicious (better priced than most places).“

As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“
