Back again on 11/22/2023, for another Awesome visit of hot, tasty, and quality food with friendly service. This McDonalds is about 12 miles from my home but well worth the drive. Stellar service this morning! I've learned to not expect much in terms of service at McDonald's. Today, however, I was caught completely off guard. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk, there were maybe 4 other customers between the kiosks and the counter. Once we finished ordering, we started towards the counter and the front counter employee asked us if we needed cream & sugar for our coffee mid-stride. Something needs to be done about the Manager named Michelle. She shrieks very loud constantly and berates the staff. The person taking my order had to stop as she was screeching so loud he could not hear me. I am very surprised the staff hasn't walked out due to her the way she "communicates" with them.
