I'm so beyond frustrated with this location. You have ONE JOB. To make very expensive coffee. So how is it that 3/3 visits and NOT ONCE was my order right. Tonight was my very last attempt at letting you redeem yourselves. I ordered the same thing all 3 times (only the creamers varied) and every single one was WRONG. Wow. Just wow. Went in today for 2 drinks and waited over 20 minutes for them to be made. When the lady finally got around to making our drinks, she only made one. I had to bring it to her attention that I paid for 2 drinks. Then she took more time to go and double-check that 2 drinks were ordered. It was very frustrating, especially when they weren't very busy. I'm not sure why they seemed so discombobulated today. This Starbucks stays very very busy. I noticed that they had a sign up saying their store hours are changing to open at 5am! Wow. They do need to rethink their drive-thru operation... it blocks people from getting out of the parking lot. I would like to add that the customer service here is outstanding. Sky provides excellent service at the drive-thru. All workers are always pleasant and always have a smile.
