Five Guys is a well-run restaurant with excellent customer service. The staff works in unison and are very friendly to everyone, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The food is delicious, with the 5 Guys burger 'bowl' option being a standout. The Cajun fries are also a highlight, with large portions that are not to be underestimated. The restaurant is super clean, with food prepared within sight, and offers free peanuts while you wait. The staff is knowledgeable about food allergies and preferences, asking if "no dairy" is an allergy or preference. Rico radiates positivity and sets the gold standard for customer service, making people feel heard and appreciated. The night crew has off the chain vibes, and the cooks were singing to the music. The food is consistently great and amazing, with the BEST fast food burger and fries. They always have clean restrooms, a variety of drink choices, and excellent milk shakes.
